She nodded, smiling softly. "Of course, very valuable skill which isn't too hard once you do it for a little while." Elara noted, first teaching him how to write A-K and 0 through 10.

Sage chuckled with a nod. "Guess I just never had time to learn. Or anyone willing to teach," he mused, attempting to pay attention to what Liz was doing and also learn as Elara gently guided him through the process of it all. Of course, he wore himself out pretty quickly, since he wasn't feeling super great still, so he sort of just fell asleep on the floor, pencil in hand.

She smiled softly at him drifting off, noting he was too heavy for her to lift so she went and grabbed a blanket, draping it over him as she took the pencil, and lifted his head just enough to slip a pillow under his head before heading to put everything up.

Sage didn't move as she took the pencil or anything, though he did curl into the blanket slightly when that was draped over him. He stayed asleep for a while, though after maybe two hours or so he stirred and peered around groggily as he figured out where exactly he was. "Shit," he sort of grumbled, flopping his head back down on the pillow and running his hands over his face in an attempt to wake up a bit more. Falling asleep on the floor hadn't exactly been on his bucket list.

She chuckled softly at the sight of him, Varys trotting inside. "Afternoon, sleepyhead." The woman mused, seeing him attempt to wake up more.

Sage chuckled softly at elaras comment, patting varus as the wolf trotted over. "Thanks for the pillow," he noted with a yawn, moving to sit up with a groan. "My ass hurts, is hate to think of what my head would feel like without one," he joked lightly.

She nodded, offering a soft smile. "Of course, i'd rather you not get sores on your head from sleeping on the floor." Elara murmured, chuckling at his next comment. "If your ass hurts then maybe don't sleep on the floor next time?" The woman suggested, shaking her head lightly as she took note of how the setting sun cast it's rays on him, enhancing his features and how even when he just woke up, he still looked the same, somewhat handsom--- -Elara, get it together! Why are you thinking that, he's just a guy you ran away with, nothing more, you two aren't meant for eachother.- Edited at November 21, 2025 11:26 PM by RFS Thoroughbreds

Sage snickered softly at the woman's comment, shaking his head in amusement as he moved to sit up and push himself up and off the floor with a groan. "Well, it wasn't my plan to," he noted, wrinkling his nose in a sort of amusement. "If anything it was your fault for making me work so hard," he teased her, gathering up the pillows and blankets and placing them back on the bed.

"Oh really? Didn't decide you were feeling somewhat tired and want to move off the floor?" She teased, chuckling softly. Though when Sage said it was her fault for making him work so hard, she did her best to toss a look but couldn't hide her smile. "Well, guess i'll note that."

Sage had just chuckled and shook his head. "I was focusing," he noted. "Besides, I still feel always tired," he pointed out. He wasn't fully healthy yet, so he figured that was a decent excuse. He sat down on the edge of the bed once the blankets and pillows were set back on the bed, glancing over at Liz, who was still taking her own nap.
