Sage looked over at Aria when she shifted and smiled back at her. "Hungry," he asked. "You look like you could use some food."

Aria nodded. She looked back at Sage. "You read my mind." She chuckled softly. The girl felt aweful. She put her hand on her stomach feeling like she would throw up at any second.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded, placing Caroline down next to Aria. "I'll be back with something," he promised before scuttling off to get some food. He grabbed light foods, ones that would be easy on her stomach, then some food for him before heading back to their room.

Aria looked at Caroline. She loved her so much, and wouldn't leave her side. Someday Caroline would take over, and Aria and Sage could go live their best lives somewhere else. Aria always dreamed of living in the castle, but living someplace magical to her would be everything, especially with Sage. Caroline cooed happily. Aria had given her the cute nickname Cari, and thought it was just perfect. Aria wondered if she would ever get pregnant again. She clearly felt like it, but maybe that was just from the heat outside, and her always being dizzy. The girl waited for Sage happily.

Sage padded back to their room rather quickly, not wanting to leave Aria alone for too long. He handed her the plate and crawled into the bed again, starting to eat his own food. He hadn't realized how hungry he was, since he was working, but he gobbled it down eagerly.

Aria sighed. "Thank you." She smiled up at Sage. The girl grabbed his hand gently. "I love you Sage." She said happily.

|
Sage hummed lightly and picked their hands up, pressing a kiss to her knuckles. "I love you too," he hummed lightly. He set her hand down but kept holding it as he went to finish up his work.

Aria smiled at his kiss and hummed happily. She watched him finish his work up, as she ate the rest of her food carefully. She grinned softly.

Sage finished his work soon enough, and put everything to the side before laying down next to Aria with a slight sigh. He could relax for a bit with her...he was a bit tired now.

Aria smiled when Sage laid next to her. She wondered if Sage would still care about her when the other kingdom was fighting against his. The thought made her upset. She scooted over to the other side of the bed and sighed. Maybe this war was a bad idea. She should just take Caroline and leave. But she would never do that to Sage. He would be heartbroken. The girl wanted to talk to him about it. But she thought he would think that she acts like a baby, saying things like that. Aria sighed softly and looked down at the ground from the edge of the bed.
