Max sighed "I guess..." She replied softly with a sigh "I've changed so much... And there's so much I can't tell them too..." She sighed "I'll try and reach out tomorrow I guess..." She nodded. |

Sage nodded. "I think it would be good for you to try and do," he said softly. He leaned forward and pecked her on the forehead. "But right now why don't we relax for a bit before going to sleep, hm" |

Max gave a nod "Okay I will." She said happily "That's fine." She said giving a smile "I love you so much Sage." She said giving a soft sigh and relaxing into him a bit the exhaustion from the day settling in rather quickly. When morning rolled around Max was in the midst of making breakfast and tentitively trying to track down her parents she was still so unsure... But looking at Charlie she felt she owed it to her to at least try and figure out where her grandparents were. |

Sage smiled and murmured something sweet to Max, happy she was considering reaching out to her parents. He had a feeling they would be happy to meet up again. He'd slept in a bit, and only rolled out of bed with a groan because Max was already making breakfast. He got changed since he was still wearing the same clothes as the day before. He didn't button the shirt up, he was too lazy and half asleep for that, but he walked into the kitchen and plopped down in a chair next to Max, wondering if he'd ever be a bit more able to function in the mornings. He doubted it. |

Max glanced over at him as she scrolled through her phone "Morning sunshine." She teased playfully looking up from her phone. "Today I made french toast for us." She chirped as she playfully tickled Charlie's belly. |

Sage grunted in reply and grabbed some food, then returned to sit back down next to them. "How's both of my fine women today, huh," he chuckled sleepily, slowly waking up a bit as time went on. |

"We're great." Maxine smiled Charlie cooed happily as well seemingly in reply to her father as Max got up and grabbed her phone setting it and a pair of headphones beside him "I've made a playlist of possible songs for us." She cooed happily. There were about 5 songs on the playlist: A thousand years I'll follow you into the dark (I think this one is perfect for them tbh lol) Perfect The only exception And Hold my hand "I think any of these would be great unless you've got another idea?" She offered. |

Sage took the headphones and grunted a reply, still half asleep but more than willing to figure this out. He listened to the first one, which was good but just didn't hit with him exactly right. When he got to the second one though, he grunted and nodded barely a minute into it. "This one," he muttered, tapping the phone screen. He yawned and then chuckled. "It pretty much summarizes our relationship." |

Maxine smiled "Agreed" she said happily kissing his forehead "I thought that one was perfect but you should have as much say as I do." She smiled. (You can skip to the wedding if you like) |

Sage chuckled, a stupid grin spreading across his face. "Glad we agree then," he giggled. A few weeks later, the wedding was set up and Max was off with her friends getting ready, and doing whatever girls did. He himself was with Travis, though he was pacing back and forth kind of in a nervous way. Ok, definitely nervous. He just wanted Max to have a good time....and he didn't know if her parents would show, or if they'd try to cause trouble, or....he had to stop thinking. Unfortunately, his brain wasn't agreeing with him there. Though, when he saw the suit he had to wear he was distracted. He wasn't really a suit guy...though, it did look cool. It was black, with some red tints to it, but still looked ....wedding ish. He shook his head in amazement and looked over at Travis. "How did they find this thing?" Then he supposed he'd better get in it and actually get ready since he had like ...half an hour before he had to be out there, so he slipped into the bathroom to change and comb his hair and all that stuff. |
