Sage nodded, moving to grab a few of the clams and heasitantly applying them to the wound. With remys agreement that he was doing it correctly, he did it gently before curling up around Remy again. "Try to get some rest now, yeah," he murmured, pecking his forehead.

Remy winced and cried out as Sage applied the clams to the wound. With tears in his eyes, he wrapped up his wounds with the help and curled into Sage again.

Sage felt terrible about all this, but it needed to happen. "I'm sorry," he murmured softly as he curled up around Remy again. "With one hand I'm sure I wasn't doing very well," he added, just making sure Remy was laying comfortably.

"What? No, no, no, it's fine, it's gonna hurt either way,"

Sage let out a sort of sigh. "Still," he muttered, wishing he could have taken care of him a bit better. "There's nothing else to keep it from hurting you? You need to rest."

Remy shook his head. "I deserve it anyway..." he muttered.

Sage frowned slightly and shook his head. "No....no you don't deserve to ever be hurt," he murmured. "The townspeople are just jealous we have something they never will," he added with a small snort

Remy shook his head. "I do deserve it... that's why I did it..."

Sage just sighed softly and shook his head. "No....you deserve better than what you've been given," he murmured. He deserved a perfect world...but that wasn't something that would ever happen. This world was broken. It always would be.

Remy shook his head. "No... I deserve the pain... I'm different... I deserve the pain..."
