Josephine shook her head, forcing a small smile back to her face. "It's alright. It hurts to think about sometimes, but it feels nice to share this place with someone again."

"I'm more glad now that you told me that." He mused softly, glancing around
| |

Josephine nodded, standing to her feet. "I mostly come here to think, and occasionally read, so there isn't really anything to do."

Caleb copied her, still smiling softly at her. "What do you like to read?" He asked, making small talk
| |

Josephine hummed, tracing her fingers across the cool stone. "Fantasty and romance, mainly. I like books with dragons and the sorts," she answered, looking back at him with a smile.

Caleb nodded, not having read that much with his abusive childhood and busy adulthood. He listened to the waterfall and the occasional drip of water a bit away from him
| |

Josephine turned to look at Caleb, her gaze traveling him curiously. "What do you enjoy doing for fun? We've talked a lot about me, but I want to know about you."

Caleb chuckled. "Ride and occasionally rope. I don't really have time for hobbies or anyhing" He said, his voice trailing off at the end
| |

Josephine hummed softly, leaning her back against the wall of the cave as she looked up at the ceiling. Moss crept across the stone, trailing towards the trickling water off of the waterfall. "I see.. Maybe you'll find more time working here? Taking time for yourself can be really important and I know my parents understand that..." She told him, running a hand through her hair. Josephine hoped he'd be happy there, especially since it seemed that life had not always been easy for him.

"Maybe...Or maybe i'll always find something helpful to do around here. I don't intend on leaving anytime soon, though." He mused, looking around again and memorizing the walls, the moss, Josephine's face
