Caden Ortiz// Caden galloped on Ricochet,hoping,searching for Rosa. "Rosa?" "Rosa!" He shouted as he found her body on the ground.He ushered Ricochet on before halting and picking Rosa up. "Hey!We need help!" A reinforced side-by-side soon pulled up and Caden carried over Rosa before hopping in himself and leaving the horses.A single tear carried itself down his face.He felt bad for the horses,and sad about Rosa.They soon pulled up to the medic and he carried her inside. "Will she be alright?" He asked. "Sir,please sit down." He shook his head and sighed before sitting and running his hand through his hair. |

Caden Ortiz// Caden sat in the lobby,nervous.A medical ranger soon came out. "Officer Ortiz,she's going to be ok." Caden wanted to jump up and down and hug the medic but,the reminder that he left the horses made him not. "Good,can I see her?" He asked. "Of course.Right this way," The medic announced as she led Caden to her room.He sat down in a chair and quietly sobbed.Sweat was still on his body from the fires heat but,he was alright. "Im sorry Rosa.Im so sorry...." |

Rosa opened her eyes to see Caden crying. She reached a hand out and wiped the tears away. She tried to speak by the smoke that was in her lungs dried her throat up. She sat up slowly, groaning in pain as she did. She then looked around for water. |

Caden Ortiz// Caden felt a hand wipe off his tears.He looked up and immediatley hugged Rosa. "Rosa," He croaked, "Rosa,im sorry.If you had'nt gone on that trail you'd be fine." He noticed her looking for something. "Here,I'll get you some water." Caden got up and walked over to a table where he poured her a glass of water and handed it to her. (not me shipping them lol ) |

Rosa smiles, taking a sip of the water. "Thank you, I needed that" she tells him, her voice still scratchy from the smoke. "It'd okay. I wanted to go on the trail anyways" she says. "How's Seven?" she asks. She knew he injured his leg- she saw him limping over to her. |

He stopped, "Im sorry Rosa but,him and Ricochet are still missing.When me and you took off in the side-by-side they took off and,no body's seen them since.Speaking of people I should go see someone about my leg.After you seem okay,though." Caden said slighly blushing.Yes,he was rude to Rosa at first.Yes he has a crush on her.Yes he cares about her more then anything. |

Rosa looks concerned, "You got hurt too?" she looks down at his leg ."You go, I'm fine. Go have someone see to your injury" she says waving him off. She thought back to Seven. She hoped he was okay, he and Ricochet both. |

Caden Ortiz// "Rosa,im fine.Your not.It's nothing too concerning.But,fine.I should go.I'll be back maybe at noon?Later" Caden walked out of Rosa's room and walked to the desk. "Hello yes,do you guys have any open doctors?I got a gash on my leg and need stitches." He asked. "Uh,let me see....yes!Room 183 take a left and tell him you need some stitches." "Okay,thanks!" He said as he waved.Caden walked down the hall before opening the door and asking for stitches.His leg was numbed,and stitches threaded in.He got the okay and quickly swalloed some pain medicine before walking back to Rosa's room with a slice of pizza,a brownie,and some water. "Brought you something." Caden told Rosa with a smile as he walked into the room.He set the tray on her table next to her hospital bed. |
