Saphire easily scaled the tree, her wings catching Cade occasionally. She found a different branch bit far from Cade. It was a few feet up higher than his branch was, but his was sturdier. "Well that's spas fun wasn't it" she joked quietly. Her eyes looked up to see the moon. "I had forgotten how pretty the moon is" she said softly

Cade looked up, his eyes finding the moon easily. He loved the moon, during the summer he would often sneak out at night and stare at the moon, it was so calming. He nodded at Saphire's words, even though she wasn't looking at him. "Same."

"I don't hover to see the moon unless I'm here.. the underworld doesn't have luxuries like this" she sighed heavily and glanced away. "I hate that place. I just wish I could rid myself of these shackles and be free from there" she shook her head. "I'm saying too much" Saphire took a deep breath then put her guards back up around her heart. She needed to keep him safe and telling him about her life was not going to help him any

Cade shrugged. "No you're not. I like getting to know you." He paused for a bit. "It's been a while since I've had someone to talk too." He sighed. "Now I'm saying too much."

"My life is so much different from anything I've hpever heard about before" she looked down at Cade. "Now we're both saying too much. What have I started?" She coughed to cover a laugh.

Cade smiled at her, albiet guardedly, but he still smiled. "I bet, it must not be easy being a demon." He said. He was worried he had overstepped but, sue him, he was trying to get to know Saphire better.

Saphire shook her head "its not easy, especially when everyone knows that I'm the only one that can change. They all think that I think I'm better than them so they give me these nasty looks and attack me every waking moment. I spend most of my time here but lately..." she looked away. She couldn't even bare to think about her recent events. Apparently Lucifer, Satans son, was infatuated with her difference and wanted her as one of his mistresses. The other ladies then began attacking her. She had refused his request and was now practically being hunted down. Thankfully full demons could not enter the human realm. She was the only one who could

Cade thought for a moment. "I think that's pretty stupid. It's not like it's you're fault you can enter the human relm and change." There was a small breeze that the night air brought in. Cade relaxed into the tree a bit more, the breeze calming him.

"Yeah... and you don't even know the half of it" she breathed in as the breeze brushed her hair off her shoulder. She smiled and pulled a lock of her long hair back over her shoulder and braided it absentmindedly

Cade ran a hand through his hair, yawning. He didn't know if he would get any sleep that night but it was better than being on the ground. He didn't want to fall asleep, loose his balance, and fall out of the tree so he had decided that he would just stay up. "You could tell me about it if you want?"
