Tyra quickly dropped off the Body and drove to the Lux, she parked outside and walked in, "Lucifer?" She asked, looking around, she saw him playing the piano, her eyes widened "you can play the piano?" She said, "never mind, let's drink"

Lucifer stopped playing on a note as he heard Tyra's voice, not even having heard her come in. The piano really dulled his senses in the moment... he always got so caught up in the music, the rhythm, the harmony. "oh, Tyra! Didn't notice you come in, sorry for not giving a proper hello." Lucifer stood from the stool, closing the cover. "Yes I can play, and yes let's drink." He chuckled a little, walking over to the bar and glancing at her. "Preference?"

Tyra looked around thoughtfully, "moscato" she said, her tongue longed for its lovely taste, "so, is this what it's like to have the upside of owning a bar?" She asked him, "you can just walk over and get a drink anytime you want, not to mention it's free" Tyra said smiling

Lucifer nodded with a smile. "Good taste you have." He commented, grabbing a bottle of Moscato and pouring two glasses, handing one to her. He sat on a stool and took a sip, thinking about the question for a minute. "You can say that. It is nice having any drink I want right at my fingertips, but it isn't free." he grinned, chuckling a little. "What, do you think I just magically conjured up the alcohol with my devilish powers?" Lucifer asked with a laugh, taking another sip. Not that money really mattered.. he was the devil and a millionaire in one. Money wasn't a problem.

Tyra laughed, sipping on moscato, "wow, I didn't even think of that!" Tyra looked over at him, "it would be cool if someone could conjure alcohol" she said shaking her head, "so, how often do you play the piano?" She asked

Lucifer raised his eyebrows and nodded, letting the liquid wash over his tongue as he thought about how exactly to answer. Not that he needed to; he always had the perfect answer. "It would be interesting, that's for sure." He said wryly. -My FATHER can conjure alcohol- He thought. "Well, whenever the nightclub is open I provide music. When I'm not busy doing other things, that is. Otherwise I do it whenever I feel like it." Lucifer answered, not really having thought about that before. It was just something he... did. It just flowed. -Not how people imagine the devil, a strikingly handsome man singing the blues while playing a piano. Huh- Lucifer thought with a slight smile.

Tyra smiled at him, "that's great, my mother used to call them outlets, sounds like yours is playing the piano, and mine is drawing" she said, running her fingers through her silky hair, she took and sip of moscato, "what's another hobby other then the piano?"
|
| |
|
|
|
"Hm." Lucifer said simply, thinking about that. The devil did not NEED an OUTLET, whatever that was. The piano was just... instinct. Bah, he didn't even know anymore. "Drawing, eh? That's definitely interesting." Lucifer answered, slowly taking another thoughtful sip. He was NOT made for this, he wanted to get up and do something, but maybe he just needed to chill for a second. -DO NOT TELL YOURSELF TO CHILL YOU ARE THE DEVIL ARGH- His brain snapped at him. "No idea. As you have pointed out, I'm just a rich nightclub owner. What do you think I do? Talk to people, definitely not eye the women, wish I had something purposeful to do, play the piano and sing along with it, and hope a call comes soon that there's a case." Lucifer pointed out with a small chuckle, shaking his head a little. "I got the job because there was nothing else to do. Do I really look like the type of person to go fix computers or write papers? I needed a little excitement in my life. Something to give me purpose."

Tyra nodded, "yea, I guess I know the feeling" she said, taking another sip, cursing that the cup some what wasn't infinite. Tyra looked at him, the feelings she had buried rising up to the surface, Tyra was pretty sure red was flecked on her cheeks, but hopefully he thought it was her being drunk, "erm.." Tyra racked her mind for another question, "hm.. favourite animal?" She asked, with a hopeful smile

One of Lucifer's powers... was that his liver could process much more alcohol than most and that meant he didn't get drunk very easily. At this point he was beginning to worry Tyra may have had a little to much, but then he reminded himself she hadn't even finished one glass. -Surely these humans can't get drunk from one glass?- he thought as he saw color rise into her cheeks. "This question and answer is only going to go one way, eh? I'd have to say a Snake, or a Tasmanian Devil, but I'm much more interested in yours." Lucifer said wryly, his amber eyes twinkling.
