"I can't just go back home..." she admitted, "I was banished for something I didn't do! So, my parents, or the ghost king and queen, were too embarrassed to say that their daughter is a criminal!"

"why go back then when you can stay here." Flicka said as she walked into the cave

"You don't get it do you... I got blamed for something that the next in line for the throne did! Kill another horse..."

"If I was in danger in any way or felt my kingdome was in dager by said squirrelI would kill them no questions asked." Flicka said to Val "It happens." Flicka then said to her

"And, that is why I need your help. Maybe make you the head of the guards when I'm queen!" she joked.

"I dont know if I should."Flicka said to her

"Why not? You seem perfect for the job? When, or if, I ever become queen, I will need a head guard who would kill, no questions asked if it meant my life." she explained calmly. Her head guard when she left only cared for the money. He literally slept outside of her door!

"Its just I dont wanna leave here this is my home." Flicka said to her as she looked out with the other squirrelsthat ran by and looked at her

"I understand. But, I'm not sure if I can without you there Flika. You are so confident, it rubs off on me, but, without you there, the confidence shatters!"
