Sage groaned, tilting his head back for a moment before bringing it back up. "Ok, ok," he snorted, rather amused at how protective the girl could get. "Really, you just let me bleed out," gasped in mock offense, eyes widening dramatically, though he couldn't keep the wide smile off his face.

Quinn tipped her head and narrowed her eyes at Sage. "Yes, if you were being that stupid, I would just let you bleed out." She snorted, standing back up and leaning against the wall with her arms crossed. Quinn muttered something under her breath, something that sounded like, "Stubborn... man..."

Sage couldn't help the snicker that escaped his mouth at Quinn's grumbling, though by then he was incredibly exhausted, so he sort of just curled up on the floor, on a blanket, and promptly fell asleep. He was still rather amused at the whole situation, but he also just wanted to sleep.

Quinn glanced at Sage. Good... if he was sleeping he couldn't try anything stupid. It would also help him heal faster. Quinn walked over near where he lay and sat down, curling up beside him. She leaned her head against the wall and let out a sigh, relaxing

Sage felt Quinn's warmth and shifted so he was pressed up against her before settling down again. It was really just a subconscious response....he felt safe near her, and he'd warmth was pretty comforting. But he needed that comfort, especially while he was injured and couldn't fight.

Quinn smiled slightly and glanced down at Sage. -He really does look like a puppy...- Quinn thought. Her next thought was -Awww... he's so cute!- and she had to muffle a laugh at that one. Quinn leaned back, content Sage was okay, and she fell asleep slowly, her vision fading to black.

Sage obviously didn't hear the girl or see the emotions on her face, since he was asleep, but he eventually woke up. By the time that happened, he was resting his head in the girls lap again. He blinked groggily for a moment before shifting slightly and closing his eyes again, falling back asleep with a soft sigh.

Quinn slept through it all. She felt very peaceful... calm... contented. Everything was going.. good ... for the most part. Sage was healing quickly, they were both having a fun time... it was all going to turn out fine. She settled into a deeper sleep, a small smile on her face

Sage slept rather long that morning...by the time he woke up again it was nearing noon, probably. But that was fine, he'd been well rested, and he was very comfortable. He sort of just closed his eyes and sighed softly, content to just lay there with Quinn for a while longer. She was nice and warm, and her lap did make for a pretty cozy pillow. Besides, he was starting to find her scent quite appealing...in more ways than one, but mostly just because he felt safe with her scent swirling around him. He felt at home with her there.

Oh so now I have to put how I smell in the sheet... hmm... manure and bleach... like the smell now XD. Every character sheet... "Smell: Manure, bleach" other person: ?...?" LOL)

Quinn opened her eyes, blinking sleepily. She glanced down at Sage. He looked awake, for the most part. "Good... middle of the day." Quinn chuckled, opening her eyes wider in an attempt to fully wake up. She stretched her arms above her head, yet stayed stationary, leaning her head back against the wall.
