Rose nodded, typing into the gps. She drove to the nearest station and got out. "You wanna come?" She offered before closing the door

"No,im practicly crippled now." He says,encouraging her to the station.Caden smiles,knowing they would'nt have to worry,not now,not ever.

Rose walked in and asked to report a suspicious location. When an officer called her to an office, she hesitated, not wanting to be in a small space. She did follow, though, trying to sort all of it out. Rose talked to the officer, explaining the location, but not explaining much further than that. "Thank you." She said, walking out. Rose climbed into the car. "Want to go home?" She offers, really wanting to be somewhere familiar

"Yes." He says,mind vacant,voice blank.Caden stared out the window,looking for distractions.He winced internally at his leg and shoulders.

"Your injuries bothering you?" She asked, starting the 4 hour drive to the house. "So. About that whole future thing." She joked, looking over at him

"Very much." He sighed,knowing the long drive ahead of them. "Yeah,what about it?" Caden replied,still staring out the window.

"I thought maybe we could start planning now that, y'know, we aren't currently fearing death?" She asked, not quite believing her own words

"Makes sense." Caden said. "Im sorry if I seem off.My brains,foggy,to say the least."

"It's fine. We just survived a potential murder, multiple times I might add, and also just stole a car, were seperated and you underwent torture, I didn't know I could cry as much as I have, and to top it off, you have dislocated shoulders and a hurt leg." She said, satring out the windshield
