"Ah... I see." he said gently giving a nod "Sounds like there's some uh... well some bad blood there. Maybe you should try and get her to talk... I know we dudes aren't huge talkers but i've learned leaving that door open is a good idea." he admitted "Also, whenever you talk to Max I'll let Hailey know." he nodded happily.

Sage grunted and nodded. "She's always been a bit..i dunno..but of a rebel I suppose. I think her parents would be willing to talk again, but I'll just have to bring up the topic gently, that's all." He shrugged. "She's told me a bit, but I haven't asked her to go into heavy details about it. If she wants to talk, she'll talk, I learned that one pretty quickly," he chuckled, thinking about their little spat back in the hotel room so long ago. Then he grinned. "I'll text you later about what she says and they can figure out the details. I'm not the best at that."

Travis gave a nod "I see." He said "Just go about it carefully and see where it leads." He shrugged giving him a sly grin "You just thought of something between you two didn't you?" He teased a sly grin on his face as he playfully bumped his arm before nodding "Sounds good." He said checking his phone "One more beer then I should probably head home." He admitted glancing over at the pool table "Wanna play?" He offered "It's empty anyways."

Sage nodded and chuckled. "It was a long time ago," he muttered in a light tone. "Back when we lived in whatever hotel room we could find." He glanced over at the pool table and shrugged. "Fine with me, though I'm not the greatest at it."

"Oooh something sexy is it?" He smirked playfully before he nodded and got off his stool heading off to the pool table "Neither am I." He admitted. After another hour or so Travis slugged down the last of his beer and smiled clapping Sage on the back "See you later bud... I'll text you tomorrow and hopefully tell you what Hailey says." He smiled "Cya!" He chirped happily before they parted ways outside the bar.

Sage snickered. "More like me freaking out and Max having to knock some sense back into me," he laughed, more amused that the slap than anything now. "I was definitely not very sexy," he chuckled. He nodded and waved at Travis once they parted ways, and hunted for about half an hour while he was out before going back home. He snuck up behind Max and wrapped his arms around her with a tiny giggle.

Travis smirked "Sounds fun." He teased sarcastically before he waved goodbye and headed home. When his arms wrapped around her Max stiffened and her eyes were wide in alarm until she recognized his laugh and his heartbeat "Jeez you're so lucky I've learned to decipher your laugh and your heartbeat or else you'd of been flipped over this damn table..." She muttered glancing up at him "How was your night with Travis?" She asked.

Sage chuckled and kissed her on the cheek. "Good luck throwing me," he chuckled. "I'm not that skinny, am I," he giggled, half teasing the girl. He nodded and shrugged. "It was fun. He did mention that Hailey would help you out with wedding stuff of you wanted her help," he told her, remembering the offer from earlier that night.

"No you're not but I tackled your ass remember?" She smirked "And I was only half awake." She said bumping him playfully before she kissed him back "Wow really? That's great! I'd love some help... Even for a small wedding..." She chuckled "I've got Lizzie coming as well... She'll be here in a day or two... The three of us will probably go and try and pick out a dress for me... Which you should feel very special because it's probably the only time you'll see me in a dress..." She smirked looking up at him.

Sage chuckled and then made a face at her, though all in play. "Maybe I let you," he protested, knowing she could very well toss him about, but he'd never admit that to her. Then he nodded. "I'll tell Travis you'd appreciate her help." He grinned over at her and laughed. "I'm sure you'll look great though." Then he winked. "It's the only time you'll see me in fancy clothes too."
