Mari couldn't help her silly grin when he caught her kiss, and happily pressed another light one to the tip of his nose. "Could argue that it was you who couldn't keep it to yourself," she mused lightly as she got a little bit more comfortable over him. "Have to admit, though, I've never been upset that it's been that way," she mused happily. She enjoyed everything that went on between them... it was all fun, and it was all gentle, and she could trust Sage with everything in her that he'd look after her... she trusted him so much. But it did worry her slightly... it had been months. And they hadn't really done anything since she found out she was pregnant, up until now. She was a little excited, for what might go on, but she could never be sure... she didn't know what he was thinking, or what was going on inside his head. "Why don't we just see where the flirting takes us, hm? We can go from there," she whispered softly to him.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comment and hummed happily at her kiss. "If that's true it's your fault for edging me on each time," he purred back at her, snickering slightly at her next comment. He hummed lightly as if in thought in response to her whisper, tilting his chin up to press a lingering kiss to her lips again, a grin definitely stretched across his face. "What, you mean I'm handsome but not handsome enough for you to jump at me without me flirting first," he teased her lightly. He wasn't sure he could've give her too much as of then...he was already pretty tired, and he could only go for so long. But even a few minutes would be worth it....he had missed doing this sort of thing with her. And, as far as he could tell, so had she.

Mari nodded to him and gave a small chuckle. "Oh, so it's my fault either way, hm?" She teased him lightly. "You're never the problem, then?" She chuckled joking, smiling into his slightly longer kiss happily. His grin seemed to be infectious, her own face lighting up happily. Mari nodded to him in response happily. "That is exactly what I'm saying. You're gonna have to work a little bit harder to make anything happen," she mused to him.

Sage chuckled lightly at her comment and the huffed out a breath. "You just made me run around and now you're making me work more," he half whined half groaned, though all in an amused tone of voice. He chuckled slightly though, and hummed slightly. "Well I suppose I'll just have to bear through it," he hummed. "I expect something very, very good in return though," he purred thickly, moving to rest his hands on her hips as best he could, eyes glittering. He was sort of bad at flirting....it was either really dirty or really cheesy, or both. Usually both. Mari seemed to get a kick out of it though, so he didn't much care, he supposed.

Mari gave him a silly grin at his first comment, smiling happily. "Yeah, it all apart of getting you back to peak fitness," she joked lightly, her chuckle turning into a bit of a hum when she felt his hands on her hips. He knew she didn't care how things went... she enjoyed being with him, hearing his voice and soft breaths. When she got more out of it, it was definitely a plus just not a necessity. She gave a cheeky looking smile, kind of leaning forwards a little. "Sage hun, you'll get whatever you deserve," she teased softly to the boy as she went to peck his nose again.

Sage snorted lightly. "Well if you want me healthy don't break me then," he noted with amusement. "You're a little too good at beating me up at times like this," he teased lightly, humming happily when she said he'd get whatever he deserved. "Then I suppose I should start telling you how sexy you are, hm," he mused lightly with a slight chuckle. He sort of just babbled after that, saying whatever slightly crude things came to mind. Mari seemed to enjoy it though, so he was more than happy to rack his brain for any and all flirts he could come up with.

Mari hummed softly to him before pressing a light kiss to his nose. "I've never beaten you up!" She teased lightly, an amused hum in her throat... it was true though, though. He did normally come out of this black and blue. It wasn't all her fault, though... he sort of let it happen. And he seemed to enjoy it, too. She moved a little so that she was sort of straddling him, though was leaning much more to the left. She hummed softly as he spoke, a slight smirk across her face, but as he went on it grew into a grin, then a small sort of chuckle, which turned into giggles and then laughter as she flipped off him and onto her back, trying to settle herself slightly. "God Sage," she mused lightly as she looked to him, her grin still big, and while she was amused, she did have a fairly heavy flush across her cheeks. "Y'know, after all these years, I would have thought you actually would have leaned how to flirt," she giggled childishly, her laughter still coming out in small bursts. "I'm not sure how I've fallen for this for so long," she added with another chuckle, before turning to look at him with a soft hum.

Sage chuckled lightly at her comment, though they both knew he was rather happy for her to beat him up whenever it happened. He snorted at her response to his comments though, rolling his eyes and crossing his arms. "Well fine then, no more flirting for you," he noted, though he was obviously only joking around. Then he wrinkled his nose slightly, alibet in an amused manner. "I'm awful at this and you know it," he chuckled. Then he gave her a wide grin. "Though, based off of the color of your face, it's working," he teased lightly. Of course, he was blushing quite heavily himself, but that didn't really matter. He could tease. She'd tease back, and that was normally in the form of something more physical, which was sort of what he was aiming for.

Mari still had a fairly large grin across her face, looking more than happy as of then... she did enjoy being with him. It was fun. It had been ages since she'd actually gotten to spend any time with him, too. Even if it was just like this. She whined a complaint to him before sitting up and humming playfully. "That wasn't flirting, babe, I didn't know what that was," she hummed softly before pressing a slightly longer kiss to his lips. "I would have thought that all these years you would have had to practice would have payed off," she joked before sitting up again. I didn't mean to say that her face wasn't completely flushed up, though. She gently ran her nails up and down his bare chest before looking up at him happily. "Anything you say about me will work, I suppose," she chuckled lightly.

Sage chuckled lightly and hummed slightly before shrugging. "Well whatever it was, it's working," he chirped. "And it's been working for years," he added mischievously, eyes glittering happily. He let out a happy hum in response to her kiss, kissing her back and then rolling his eyes at her comment before chuckling. "Good, because I must admit I'm out of ideas," he noted with amusement. "There's only so many ways I can call you sexy."
