When Caden saw the figure,walk out,he started backing up on the floor. "What the fuck..." Caden put the brick down. "Who are you?" He asks,a confused look on his face.The lighting made it hard to see their face,as it cast mighty shadows.

"It's me. Rose. Calm down. How long have you been in here, handsome?" She asked, using his nickname as a sign that it was her. "Love, are you alright? What the fuck happened?" She asked

"Your alive?I-I-I thought you were dead!I've been i-in here for the same amount of time as you.Tazed me and took me here." Caden said in a hushed tone.He remained on the floor,as his leg would'nt want to stand. "They wrapped me in chains with locks,dangled me above a massive thing of water,and when they thought I was speaking nonsense,they would dunk me under the water to the point where I nearly drowned but did'nt drown." Caden announced,good leg bobbing.

She quickly snuck across the doorway, avoiding getting caught. She held Caden's face, smiling with tears welling up in her eyes. She looked in his eyes, "I'm so glad you're okay." She murmured. "Also, I might have probably killed someone." She admitted, looking down. "I was scared and I didn't have any choice but to run and I couldn't because he was biger and I was so terrified for you." She said quickly, making sure to stay quiet. "They're really bad at knots, by the way." She joked, looking back up in his eyes. "Do you know where we are?" She asked, hoping he did but doubting it. They wouldn't bring them somewhere they knew, as that would just give the spot away and give an escape route.

"its fine,as you said before, 'self defense,'." He quoted with a smile. "There bad at knots but good at chains." He said,showing her the marks where the chains had been tightened.Caden looked around,trying to find where they were. "No,I don't.sigh If there was a lower window I could scoot over and look out it.Can't look in normal ones as,well,I can't stand for to long." He gestered towards his leg.

"Shit. We can't get out with you like that. Do you know when they will come back?" She said, holding his face

"They'll be here soon,I need to find something for a make-shift splint." Caden got up and limped forward,trying to find something,anything,to use as a splint.

Rose hated the way Caden limped, how he looked so vulnerable. She grabbed a metal rod that was half buried under debris. She looked around frantically for some way to tie a splint. She saw the rope that Caden had cut and grabbed it. "Caden, come here." She said, grabbing a board split in half. She quickly put the boards gingerly on either side of his leg and tied the rope around it. "Lean on me." She murmured, taking one arm and wrapping it around his side. She quickly looked around for any window that wasn't broken. She saw one that was without shattered glass shards and had a sturdy looking frame. "Let's check this one." She said, directing him to it.
