Ryan saw Zephyr and strode over to him. "Hey. Zephyr..." he pointed a thumb over to a swing, a Sophia facing away from them. Sophia looked at the spot that Ryan had disappeared at. "Ryan?" She called, leaning forward then pushing off. She swung for a minute. Ryan looked back at Zephyr. "I think you'd like to say hi"

Zephyr glanced up as he saw Ryan, looking a bit surprised. "Hi Ryan- what are you doing here?" He asked quietly, glancing over to where they pointed, his face visibly lighting up slightly when he noticed Sophia. "Yeah- yeah I probably do want to say hi." He smiled slightly before walking over, circling around the swing. "Hi Sophia- how have you been?" He asked, his voice a tiny bit more lifted than it had been before.

Sophia's eyes darted over to the figure beside her. "Zephyr!" She jumped up and threw her arms around him, careful to avoid his shoulder. "I've been just a tad bit lonely. What about you?" She smiled and let him go

Zephyr winced slightly as she put her arms around him. His shoulder had been hurting anyway, so it wasn't her fault. He smiled faintly at her look. "I've been majorly to the point of depression lonely." He answered with a half joking tone, his dark blue eyes ... quieter than before. Not more calm, but with less fight.

Sophia sat back down on the swing. "Depressed? How terrible!" She couldn't look away. Man how she had missed him. It had only been a few days though. Sophia grabbed his good hand and held it in hers. "I've missed you... even if it was only a few days" she gave a weak smile and looked down, suddenly feeli by the slightest bit shy. He knew more about her than most people she knew.

"It's not really fun being told you can't do something you love- ever again." Zephyr answered, watching her with a smile. He was glad to see her again- really glad. It had been hard wanting to see ANYONE after the accident, but she always brightened his day. Her words practically melted his heart. He wasn't... well, wasn't sure if she actually had missed him, or if she didn't care, or had forgotten about him already, or what. So that helped. "I missed you too. A lot more than I'm willing to admit." He grinned the best he could, which really did light up his face- this time. "You're pretty much the only person I've wanted to see for a while. I'm just sad that I won't get to actually go to school again for another three weeks. That feels like an eternity."

Sophia looked up at him. "Did Ryan plan this? Who made you leave your den to come out into the sunshine? Are you a vampire or something?" She smiled and reached up, poking his lips. She longed to kiss him but she didn't know if she should or not. If he still actually felt the same as he did before his accident. Had it changed him at all? So many questions swirled in her brain, but she pushed them away. She didn't need to be staring out in space when her knight in shining armor -no matter how hurt he was- was standing right infront of her.

Zephyr glanced around. DID Ryan plan this? With his father!? Why had his father come up at the exact time Sophia and Ryan were here!?!?! "I... don't know." He answered with a small snort. "My father dragged me out here, I am a vampire haven't you noticed? I don't like sunshine, pale skin- haven't you seen my fangs?" He grinned. Honestly, his incisors were sharper than most people's. He could MAYBE pass as a dull fabged vampire. "What are you thinking about now? Or is that cloud just super interesting." He joked quietly, glancing over his shoulder before looking back at her with a small smile and kissing her gently. He honestly wasn't 100 percent sure she still felt the same way about him, which TERRIFIED him, but... there wasn't anything he could do about it now.

"So you ARE a vampire! I knew it!" She joked before "the cloud is really pretty. Sometimes I wonder... if clouds had eyes, what would they see-" her words got cut off by familiar lips as they came across hers. She squeezed his hand and put her free hand on his good shoulder. She leaned her head against his forehead. "I've missed that... " she locked eyes with him. "You did miss me didn't you?" She squeaked.

"I'm so sorry for not telling you earlier." He responded with the same joking tone, chuckling quietly before glancing at the clouds again and bringing his gaze back to her. "I'm sure thankful you've missed that because I have too." He answered quietly, smiling slightly at her next words. "Nooo, I just lied and kissed you for no reason." Zeph answered with a small grin, the slight sarcasm in his voice painfully plain. "Of course I missed you. You're a special person."
