Regan hummed softly to him giving a small nod of agreement. "You know, I probably wouldn't have thought anything off all this if I didn't have you to worry about. "It feels stupid, though." She hummed quietly. "I know it's safe. And if anything did get up here, I could just like... throw you at it," she chuckled lightly at him.

Tyler looked at Regan with raised brows. "How many times do I have to tell you... you don't have to worry about me. I survived 18 years on my own with an abusive dad BEFORE you came and I'm still here, ain't I? I lived through broken ribs, a cougar attack, and a fire with you, and I'm still here, aren't I?" Tyler sighed, shaking his head. "The world can't get rid of me that easily." He snorted. Tyler looked appauled at her last comment. "Excuse me... for one you could not pick me up. For two is that really what you do to your friends!?" He exclaimed, sounding amused

Regan huffed over him. "Noo, but I need to look after you! You might die and if it was my fault I'd hate myself," she told him with a frown. "Then I'd be all alone with all these freaky people," she complained to him with a groan. "But yes, I suppose you're still here... somehow. The universe somehow wants you here," she chuckled lightly. She rested quietly before sighing. "I could try and pick you up. I could at least shove it at you," she chuckled lightly. She then peeled up a little bit and wrapped herself up in the blanket he'd given her earlier. "I mean, there's a reason. You're the only friend so have left," she chuckled lightly.

"NOO you don't!" Tyler complained back, grinning slightly at her huffy look. "I'm not going to DIE." He snorted, trying to make the point VERY clear. Tyler listened to what she said and drew his brows together. "You underestimate how much I weigh." he joked, half insulting himself and half insulting Regan's strength. Tyler tipped his head slightly at Regan's last comment. "A girl like you... with me... as your only friend? have you gone mad?" Tyler asked

Regan groaned at him with a small laugh. "I'm going to worry about you wheather you like it or not! Do you not worry about me," she asked with a cocked head, her upper lip slightly curled out in a half pouty kind of way. She then huffed. "I could shove you no matter how much you weigh," she concluded after a few moments. She then looked curiously at him. She didn't quite understand what he was insinuating. She got along with most people, but she didn't really have friends. Plus, she couldn't be a bitch while people were getting to know her. "What do you mean, a girl like me?" She asked with a bit of a chuckle. "And there's nothing wrong with you."

"Of course I worry about you! Pretty much every second of my whole existence, my poor brain fills itself up with worrying about you. I just hide it better." Tyler snorted, shaking his head. OF COURSE he worried about Regan. She was his friend, his only friend... he had to! Tyler listened to what she said and rolled his eyes. "Uh huh, sure you could." He held back a chuckle. At her question Tyler tipped his head, thinking for a moment. "Oh don't make me say it... fine. An amazing, cunning, smart, strong, stubborn girl like you." He smiled slightly, shaking his head.

Regan huffed out a breath to the boy, a small crossing her face. To be honest, she never thought he actually worried about her... she wasn't sure why. Perhaps she thought her was just using her to get around safely, or saving her for a time when he just really really needed a human barricade. "I guess you do hide it very, very well," she chuckled lightly. It was nice to know, though... that somebody cared just a little bit about her. She then grinned happily. "I so could! I'll show you tomorrow. Once you're out the tree, I'm just gonna shove you," she giggled happily, though tease was laced through her voice. She cocked her head when he reluctantly posted why she'd have more than just him... but she didn't, and all she could do was grin up at him, a slight blush covering her cheeks. "Well, I could say the same about you! I think a guy like you should have a whole posse," she mused lightly. "A friendly, brave, strong, incredible guy like you," she told him with a smile.

Muah ha ha, Tyler's mission had secretly worked. He had gotten Regan to blush a little... and he had gotten her to compliment him. Again. He forgot that and listened to what she said. "Yes... I'm good at hiding emotion when I want to." Tyler mused, seeming to think. "Once I'm out of the tree... you're going to shove me." Tyler repeated. "Thanks for the warning!" he grinned, chuckling. "Well thank you, but sadly, I do not have a whole posse.... though I have one girl with enough attitude to make a whole posse." Tyler snorted, teasing Regan.

Regan chuckled lightly to him before smiling happily. "No, I won't shove you," she snickered childishly. She might... but it wouldn't be with intent to hurt him. She didn't want to do that. It would just be messing about. She then hummed thoughtfully. "I like it when I can actually see people's emotions," she mused lightly. "I do wish you'd show them to me," she chuckled softly. She grinned at his next comment and chuckled lightly. "Yeah, but you're so lucky to have a whole Regan next to you," she chuckled lightly.

"Aw, but that takes all the fun out of shoving you back." Tyler smiled mischeviously, settling back onto the tree. "Oh.. really? I would never have known if you didn't speak it, because I may be good at hiding emotions but that also comes with being horrible at reading them." Tyler wrinkled his nose. "Maybe I'll try and show my emotion a little more, then" He mused, tipping his head. "You're right, I would hate to only have half of a Regan next to me!" Tyler exclaimed, looking astounded
