"hey, ittl be fun, i'm sure." Sam was looking forward to a bit of fun with one of his old friends. 'and all the people there are super nice." He said reassuringly to Ellie. After a little while, He got up, stretching. "i think its time to go then." He said a litle sadly, gesturing for he to follow him back to where he had parked his bike.

"Alright then," she murmured as she sat up, tickling Ellas chin before standing up and following Sam silently, "You sure you want me to come?" She asked lightly, "it might be nice for you to go see some friends without me." She noted with a silent chuckle as she stopped at the bike.

"nooo, but i like it when you come with meee" Sam said with a baby voice, turning the engine. "but if you dont want to come, thats also OK.' He said realising tht maybe she wasn't really up for it. Chucking her a hat, he plopped Ell on her little seat and climbed on.

She smiled at his voice act before climbing onto the bsck seat, "I might come for a little while, but don't be surprised if I leave early," she warned lightly before shuffling forwards slightly and wrapping her srms around him securely as the bike started to move. The drive back was swift and easy, and being on the bike made it a litte quick, being able to avoid all the cars.

"yeah of course, just dont be surprised if i leave a little late." he said, chuckling lightly.

They arrived home, and sam hopped off the bike, taking Ella and putting her on the floor so she could explore a bit. Once the bike was in its shed and locked up, Sam said to Ellie. "im gonna go have a shower and a nap, ill call you when we need to go."

"Take your time!" She smiled lightly before turning and disappearing into the barn to do the afternoon checks and topping up the hay in some of the stalls. After a half hour, she managed to be done and headed back to the cabins.

Sam walked into his accomodation and went to take a much-needed shower. Hair washed, skin feeling nice and clean, he dried and put some clothes on before having a quick snack and heading outside to see Ellie. By the time he had finished Nero's food and water, it was about 9 O'clock. "hey." he said to Ellie as she walked round the corner. Sam blinked a little, "you look nice." he said, smiling softly then saying "i thought we could walk to the place, it isnt far and its a nice evening."

"You think?" She asked with a small, grateful smile. "Yeah, walking sounds good. I don't think I could go on that... thing... again." She noted with a small smile.

The two set off, walking steadily along the dusty path. "Which one of your friends is throwing this party then?" She asked with a slightly tilted head. "It was a bit late of notice." She said with a gentle laugh.

"just an old friend from school, Tom." Sam said, walking down the path and breathing in the fresh, dewy and cold smell of the night that surrounded them. As they neared the house, which was nestled inbetween the trees, Sam heard the sound of many people laughing and loud music playing. "looks like its going to be a long night, let me know when you want to gohome, OK?" he said, not wanting Ellie to think that she needed to stay here for too long.

"Alright...." She replied quietly before smiling up at him. She wasn't so sure that being at a party where she had no clue of whom these people were was such a good idea- but Sam wanted her to come, and she couldn't really bring herself to say no to him anymore. As they reached the front of the house, the door swang open and suddenly they were being dragged to the pool in the back.
