Amira woke up the next morning, finally scoring her Sunday off. She opened her eyes and kissed Sage before wiggling out of his arms and going to make pancakes along with eggs for his breakfast. She left them both in their pans, just cutting the heat and going to the couch and scrolling through Tiktok

Sage was glad to have a day off with her, though he'd take sleeping in. So when she got up he barley stirred, and wandered out of the bedroom a few hours later, groggy but awake, and grabbed food before plopping down next to her.
