Regan raised her eyebrows at him, a smile spreading further across her face. "Well, give it a few more weeks. Soon enough you'll get so fed up with me. And maybe I'll be the first girl you've ever hit. Because I know for a fact you've nearly killed one," she mused, gesturing to her side. She didn't think he'd ever actually do that to her... and she'd never hurt him, either. She wanted nothing more than to look after him... she'd beecome very protective over him in the past few days, mainly because she didn't want his feelings to be torn by the others in this strange camp. He didn't deserve that... she hoped he hadn't noticed that much, because she did know he would look after her too.

Tyler shook his head with a quiet chuckle. "There is absolutely no way I would ever hit you, you are my friend." he rolled his eyes, shaking his head. There really wasn't... Regan was his only friend at this point, and he wouldn't punch her for that. "That was an accident." Tyler said quietly, sounding subdued. Always and forever that would keep coming up... whether in jokes or elsewhere... and he would always feel terrible.

Regan nodded gently to him, eventually giving a bit of a smile. "Alright, alright, you win... you won't hit anyone especially not a girl, and especially not me," she chuckled lightly to him. She nodded to him and gave a slightly more gentle smile. "I know it was, my love," she mused to him, rolling her eyes at the last part. "But at least you didn't kill me. That would have been a great, awful shame," she chuckled lightly

Tyler let a pleased smile come onto his face, even though he knew the submission wouldn't last long. "Good." He said quietly, sounding content with the way that teasing argument turned out. Tyler turned towards her for a second, then looked away and shook his head. "Uh... huh." He muttered, sounding grumpy and annoyed and amused at the same time, which was a skill of his. Tyler crossed his arms and sighed, looking oout at the forest. "But i COULD have." He mused quietly, looking unhappy. What if he hadn;t have had the right stuff to treat her wounds? What if something in general went wrong?

Regan shook her head at him before chuckling. "Yeah, but you didn't. We're both fine. We haven't been injured since, and look, we're friends now, so something worked," she told him with a happy smile. "Don't fret. I do trust you, so there's not need to be so unhappy about it... it happened weeks ago. And we're both still alive. The dogs are, and for the moment we're both safe... so I think we're fine," she told him lightly. "And it was an accident. You wouldn't have known I had a bag full of knives, would you," she told him gently. "We'll only have an issue if you do it again," she added with a laugh.

Tyler listened to what Regan said. He knew she was right... he just needed to let it go... but he couldn't. Tyler hated injuring people he cared about. It was like a firey piece of coal that settled deep in his stomach, knawing away at him till there was nothing left. He let out a low sigh and sat there for a moment before chuckling slightly. "I definetely will not do it again." He snorted

Regan nodded softly to him and gave a smile. "I know, I know," she hummed lightly. It was getting dark out... so they should probably get up to the safety of their little tree. "Can we get up there? I've freaked myself out thinking about what these people are doing," she chuckled lightly to him.

Tyler glanced over at Regan, then looked at the tree. "Good idea." He answered, standing and walking over. Tyler much preferred pulling Regan up, so he hopped into the tree and lowered his hand down. When (if) she grabbed on, he pulled her up into the tree. Tyler then climbed a little further and settled into his normal nook to wait for Regan

Regan let him pull her up with a happy smile and crawled to the other little nook. "Thank you for letting me say up here... I really freaked myself up earier. I just want to know what they're doing, now," she murmured quietly before sighing and shaking her head. "I know it's stupid, though," she added again as she curled up into the blanket.

"It is my pleasure, and it's not stupid." Tyler said firmly, trying to relax. He stared out at the air and thought about where they could be going. Raiding the town? Possibly. "Don't worry about it though, it really is safe up here." he said soothingly, closing his eyes
