@Fang possum!! that's so cool!

@Red, lol same. Lecture was a waste of time because the professors just copied stuff from the textbook.

He is, but he meets with a lot of historians. I've done my focus on the historical significance of the American South

Eury, I don’t think I’ve showed up to a single lecture since my first year. I’m currently 4 years in lol
Whitewolf
Red, I felt disconnected when covid hit and we went online- that’s when I gave up and also had to work 6/7 days a week due to someone being fired - hence I flunked my last semester lol but hey I went back to finished
The Old Gods
x) all my uni lectures were in class, but they were recorded. By my second year, I only showed up to class if I had to since it was easier to just watch the videos on 1.5-2x speed

Actually I lied the dream, like out of pocket dream, is to do whatever it is Josh Gates does
Whitewolf
And here is my little graph on her movement - no one else cared enough to do the paper and graphing part of it -Click-

Fang, my Hs had 40 students in my grade haha it was terrible. That’s good you had a good uni experience <3 I’m going to the 3rd top uni in Aus atm and ngl I’m not a huge fan lol I prefer my old uni. Purely for how modern the other one was with the way they did testing and lectures. All lectures at my current uni are online, it’s convenient but I feel disconnected

For tax this is my professor and one of my teammates radio collaring a possum (no faces shown) -Click-

I have a welding cert I keep up in case I decide that 9-5 grind isn't for me. I think there's many ways to go about a career. Unfortunately I chose history as my major and admittedly it's not so...lucrative, so I felt a masters would help
The Old Gods
I did higher education, got myself two degrees, and I'm pretty happy where I'm at
Thronesfell
(and in the end I'm not doing either of those things, but both schools eventually played a part in getting me to where I *am*)

I think the main thing is to know what your goal is, and what paths you can take to get there; that can be very different depending on what you want to do! I've been through both a very academically demanding engineering program at a huge school, where you needed top test scores to even get in the door, and an art program at a tiny college that couldn't care less if you know how to count from 1-10, haha; the best approach is heavily dependent on where you want to go and what you want to do long-term.

Red, dang, even my high school only had 88 people in my grade lol I loved loved the college I went to. I loved doing field work and hands on things like radio collaring possums and raising armadillos. If I could just do that I would - told my biology professor when he retires I want his place because he’s the fun one
