" please... Let me help you from no on "

He just nodded, plodding some pepper on the food before grabbing a fork and eating.

" that means don't lie to me anymore no more secrets " she walked over to him

He stopped chewing for a second, glancing up at her before back at his plate and keeping his gaze away from her.

"I'm...not really comfortable with that. I don't feel like you need to know every little detail in my life, not yet, at least." Marco said quietly, standing and cleaning off his plate before loading it into the dishwasher.

" ok " she walked out side to the barn and saddled up Amber and got on her riding her to her arena and walking her around it

Marco just watched her go, hurt by what he had said, and her response. He had finally dumped something he never got the chance to say, and 'ok' was her response? She was mad at him, that had to be the answer, right? There wasn't another answer, atleast in his mind, there wasn't.

She rode Amber around the arena thoughts running through her mind, she wasn't mad at him she wanted to respect him and his discussions but she did want him to open up to her to promise not to lie to her she loved him and she didn't want him to hurt she always tried to find a good man and she found one with a little problems but that was ok they could work through them right?

Marco started overthinking it, his thoughts scratching inside his head. He loved her, for sure, and he wanted to open up, to tell her about everything he'd suffered through, endured. But the man couldn't, he just couldn't. Marco would scar her for life if he told her what his father did to him, all the times he'd almost been killed by him, yeah, it'd scare her. He decided after a while, that he would not talk about it unless she asked him to, that's when he would talk about it. For now, the man tydied up his chap collection and cleaned some of his tack in the house.
