Malakai Negri - Kai slept peacefully through the night, waking up just after her. He still had his arms around her, keeping her close and safe. Kai smiled and nuzzled his nose into her hair. "Good morning, beautiful," he murmured lovingly. |

Camery Valatieri - Camery opened her eyes again when she heard him speak, her eyes softening. "Good morning," she murmured gently to him after a moment or two.
She looked up at him slightly, her brows punched together. He was fine. He was with her, she didn't have to worry. "Thank you for letting me stay," she whispered, resting her head back on him after a few moments. |

Kai smiled, tracing doodles on her back with his fingertips. "Of course, anytime," he smiled down at her. "How'd you sleep?" He asked. |

Camery nodded gently after a moment, giving him bit of a smile as her hand found one of his arms, gently tracing the tattoos that ran up it. "Better, once I came down here," she whispered. |

Kai smiled, seeing that she wasn't terrified of his tattoos anymore. He remembered when she was so scared of him... Kai smiled, "That's good," he murmured into her hair. |

Camery smiled gently after a moment, and sort of sat up, her brows pinching together slightly. "The dream I had..." she trailed off for a moment, her fingers gently wrapping around his upper arm. "I saw you fall. You were so high up that when you hit the ground, there was no chance of you making it out," she whispered. "And no one found you. No one knew what had happened," she continued, glancing back over at him, having sort of zoned out.
"I wouldn't know what I would have done with myself if anything happened to you," she whispered quietly. |

Malakai Negri - Kai listened to her, his gaze softening with every word. "Hey, its okay..." he whispered, sitting up and tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "I'm right here, nothing is gonna happen to me," he reassured her, holding her hand. |

Camery Valatieri - Camery nodded... she knew he was right... she knew he was safe. But that was just the thing. He wasn't safe. Whoever had done it, whoever had hurt him, they were still in the castle. They didn't know what else they could have been planning, and it was starting to put her on edge. She was tired, and homesick and if anything else happened she didn't know what she'd do. She couldn't even imagine what Malakai was going through. She nearly lost him, but he nearly lost his life, and he was holding up so well. She leaned into him slightly, her shoulder pressing softly against his chest. "I know... but something might happen. Someone in the castle still wants to hurt you," she whispered. |

Malakai Negri - Malakai tilted his head, looking and listening to her. "Hey, its okay, you're okay, I'm okay," he reassured her. "Nothing is gonna happen. There are guards everywhere, nothing is gonna happen." he reassured her, pulling her into a hug. |

Camery Valatieri - Camery nodded gently after a moment, letting out a soft breath and relaxing into him as his arms came around her. It seemed so stupid to be worried about it. She wasn't in any danger... and it was selfish to be worried about loosing him, but she was worried. She didn't want to be without him. "I know you're right," she whispered. "But I can't help but worry. Malakai I need you here," she added quietly as she looked up at him. |
