Alex shrugged. A "I guess you get to wa-" Asta cut him off, her voice, instead of becoming aggresive, softened. "Alex. Alex please. When have you ever known me to beg? Never. The answer is never. Do you know how hard it is to bend this damn ego of mine and plead? But I'll do it, Alex. Let them go. Ill beg, ill plead, Ill do whatever it takes. Ive never asked you for anything but peace, Alex. And now I want one last measly thing. Mercy. Not for me, for them. Let them go. They have long, unhaunted lives to live. They arent part of this. Whatever revenge you want is on me, not them. Please dont tear yourself apart with this. You have what you want. Im here. Ill die, ill withstand whatever torture you want, whatever." And she did, indeed, plead. Soft sobbing drifted through the air from a dark brown haired, 14 year old girl, who was being cradled by what looked like her twin brother. Quiet tears seemed to be making their way through each of the group, excluding the eldest, who stared at his sister with wet eyes and nothing more.

Ethan was glaring at Alex the whole time, he couldn't bare to watch Asta as her voice was carried across the crowd around them. He took a deep breath. "You can keep me if you let the kids go. Unharmed." He said without even the slightest hint of fear. He listened to the silent sobbing for a moment. He narrowed his eyes at Alex, a bored, slightly pissed expression being the other thing that covered his face.

Alex seemed unnerved by the turn of events. Asta struggled against her bonds. "Dont listen to him. He doesnt matter. Hes expendable, you dont need him. He wont help. You dont care. Just another life, and a lot more effort to cover up. He isnt important, Alex." She got held back, stilling with the pressure and glaring at Ethan like 'if-I-Werent-Gonna-Die-I-Would-Kill-You-I-Had-Him'.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" He narrowed his eyes. "If I'm so expendable why are you trying to get me to go away- whatever. I don't wanna leave you here alone." He withed for his hair to be let go of, and it was not let go of. He glared at Alex for a moment.

"Shut the fuUUUuuuuuHHHCCKKKK UP ETHAN." Alex snickered. A "yEaH, EtHaN." He cleared his throat and nodded. A "Alright, Thats fair. Put the kids on the dragon and send them to the town." The siblings got their bonds cut, and the blonde boy walked over to Alexander and spoke quietly with him for a moment. Alex sighed and nodded. A "Fine, Keith. Make it quick." Keith nodded and ushered his siblings over to where Asta was kneeling, crowding around her. Rean (6 year old boy looks just like her but green eyes) wrapped his arms around her first, holding on like he didnt wanna let go. She let out a choked up laugh. "Love you too, buddy." Then, a slightly older girl(10), Astraea (looks exactly like Asta but green eyes) nudged Rean out of the way and gave her sister a kiss on the cheek. And so it went, Fitz and Biana (14, green eyes, darker hair than Asta) saying a hurried, hushed goodbye. Then, Keith. He was the closest to her in age, around 18, with blonde hair and emerald green eyes. He stared at her for a moment. "Its okay, Keith. You can cry." Theirs was the longest goodbye yet, her brother crying into her shoulder for at least a minute, hugging her tightly. Asta sniffled and shed a few tears of her own before sending him off. She whispered something to him, and with that, he walked off looking like he had never shed a tear. Castor took off and they flew off in the direction of the town.

Ethan was a bit annoyed that Alex now knew his name. "I wasn't talking you you AAAAAAAALEX!" He got a stern yank in the hair for that, cursed that the person holding him and threw himself at the guy backwards. That did not end up well for him and quickly he was back on his stomach with a knee in his back. "Ow." Was all he could muster after. He watched all of the clones of Asta crowd around her. Holy shit how many are there- He refrained from saying anything and watched Castor fly away. He hoped Zeus would be okay. His heart sank again.

She stared off after the dot until she couldnt fool her eyes into thinking it was there anymore she blinked, refusing to let herself cryas she got lifted to her feet without a word, as they did the same for Ethan. A "I think dawn, tomorrow is a good time. Oh, and you can leave the dragon. He wont wake till noon tomorrow anyway, and we'll be long gone by then. You two will be six feet under by then." He smiled cruelly, and they got carried off and put in the same tent, which was circled by guards with no chance of escape. They did, at least, get their bonds off. "EthhhhAAAAAAAN!" She shrieked, glaring at him. "You- absurd- stupid- fucking- boy- why- do- you- have- to- be- so- deceeEEEEEENNNT!?!?!" She punctuated every word with a not gentle (but not insanely hard either) punch to his abdomen.

GO SPEED

He was being a pain in the ass and made physically pick him up off the ground before he used his legs. His back hurt a lot and he wanted to say some mean things to the men who were guiding him. He smiled faintly, at least Zeus would be safe. "I hope to see you there." He said in a sharp tone as he was pulled away.

He was thankful to have his arms back, he needed a moment to atretch them and his arms, exhaling sharply on his arm and visibly limping. He stood silently at Asta as she shrieked at him. He looked mildly frightened at this but mostly of the punching to his torso. He mostly twitched at each punch. "-ow." He softly mumbled after. He gently reached out to her after, taking a hand and pulling her to him and into a hug. It still hadn't rubbed in that he'd signed himself up to be killed to make his lady friend not die alone just because he had a big mouth and was feeling brave. Zeus would be safe, Castor and her siblings would be safe. So would Rome and Benji.. He looked around the tent a little, seeing all the shadows of the men.
