Mark's eyes widened slightly at his comment, a light smile on her face at his little kiss. "Oh, yes, yes, please eat," she chuckled softly to the boy. She could tell he hadn't been eating amazingly... he'd definitely dropped some weight these last few days. He already wasn't the most amazing person when it came to eating, so was probably underweight as it was... he really didn't need to loose any more weight. She reached over to grab some pear and strawberry bits... anything sweet, really. It was really very tasty. She reached for the water before going to rest a little bit, her head slightly achy but feeling a lot better now that she'd eaten.

Sage chuckled lightly and patted her leg gently before watching to see what she was picking out, taking a mental note of what she seemed to be favoring. He picked at the bits of fruit she wasn't really eating, since he didn't care....it was all delicious....and he didn't want those bits to go to waste either. Besides, he decided the whole thing was nice, so he didn't mind if she ate most of the strawberries. Once the bowl was mostly empty and they were both full, he set it down to the side and curled up next to her happily.

Mari smiled at the small touch, eventually going to rest her head on his shoulder. She had to admit, while she was excited to have this next child... she hated the being pregnant part. It was better this time around, but she missed just being able to have a bit of fun now and then. It had been ages since they'd just gone out and had fun... since they'd had Silas, really. She wasn't upset for any of that, but she could wait for everything to settle down a little bit. She let out a heavy breath before sighing. "Man, I love you," she chuckled lightly to the boy... she knew she said it all the time, but recently she didn't feel like she'd said it enough.

Sage was more than happy to curl up with the girl, though her comment admittedly caught him off guard a bit. Not that it wasn't nice to hear, he just hadn't quite expected it right then. She loved him, he knew that....but even so, it was very nice to hear. He grinned up at her happily, face lighting up. "I love you too, babe," he chuckled, reaching up to press a light kiss to her chin happily before settling down again.

The girl chuckled gently at the comment and gave a heavy sigh. She knew that he was as stuck around not doing much in the exact way she was... so it was nice to just be able to relax with him for a little while. "Hmm, yeah, you're meant to," she joked quietly before pulling the covers up a little bit. "What've you got planned for today? Anything much or not really?" She asked with a soft hum as she rested her head against his shoulder once he'd moved to kiss her.

Sage chuckled lightly at her comment and nodded. "Well it's a good thing I do then," he mused happily, really just joking around a little bit. Then he shook his head with a shrug. "Not much," he told her. "There's a couple horses I'd like to look at at some point, but I think we're both not up for wandering around town all day," he mused with a slight chuckle. "But sometime this week I'd like to go look at them." There were three he was sort of debating getting ...they were young, so cheaper, but had given a few good foals before and seemed like decent horses. He might just get one of them, or a few, he wasn't sure yet. He'd have to talk it over with Mari before buying them anyway, which was fine with him.

Mari nodded in agreement and closed her eyes for a few moments. She didn't like being sat around, but she'd gotten to the point where staying on her feet too long actually really hurt her. But they probably could go and see one horse, maybe... and get some lunch while they were at it. "We can go out if you'd feel like it," she hummed gently. "I can't bare to be sat around all day... I feel so lazy," she mused lightly to the boy. She knew she could afford to be, but she didn't want to let herself get used to it... soon she'd have ot be running around after two children. "We don't have to be out for long," she added with a gentle smile.

Sage hummed lightly and cocked his head in thought before grunting in agreement with her other comments and shrugging. "there's one super close by we could go look at," he mused thoughtfully. "Maybe get something to eat quick," he added. They'd probably be too tired to cook something once they got back, and they hadn't been able to go out together in a while either. It didn't have to be big or expensive at all, he just wanted to spend some time with his wife. Silas, too, he supposed. "But if you start hurting, tell me, k," he asked, glancing up at her, wanting to make sure she wouldn't push herself too far.

Mari hummed lightly, her eyes bright as she nodded in agreement. "We can go later on... I need to actually wake up a bit," she chuckled gently as she placed a hand on her stomach with a chuckle. "Don't worry about me, hun, I'll say something if something is wrong," she chuckled gently to him after a moment or two. They could take Silas along... no doubt they'd be able find a place where they could get a bit of food for him too. She was just glad they'd get a bit of time to spend together, too... she hadn't actually been out since she'd gotten pregnant. It would be nice to get some fresh air for a little while.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded, humming in agreement. "Me too," he admitted. "We could head out in a few hours, check the mare out, and then go to lunch," he suggested. "Be out for a few hours then come back and rest," he mused. He knew Mari didn't have as much energy as she normally did, being so large with baby, and he definitely still wasn't up for a day out. But a few hours would be nice, he thought. They hadn't gotten out in a while, and he did miss it.
