Caden pushed his thoughts aside and turned to the window,gun in hand.Sure enough,no body was out there.He sighed. "Someone else said that,not me." He muttered quietly.He ripped the curtains shut and turned off the lamp,making them depend on the main lightsource instead.

Rose heard the curtains and quickly got up and stood, reaching for the pistol before she saw Caden close the curtains. She sighed in relief and curled up again, the pistol only a foot away on the bedside table. She tried to fall asleep, but couldn't. She was too on-edge and she didn't want the same thing to happen as the last hotel. She just laid there, staring at the gun.

Caden sat in a chair and took out one of the vials in his pant pocket. -Hm,Morphling helps numb the pain......no,but yes,but no- It st in his palm as he stared at it,leg bobbing,brows knitted.

He put the vile back into his pants. "Yeah,im fine." He replied as he walked to the bathroom.He ran some water on his scalp,flushing out blood.Caden then dried it with some paper towels,getting most of the blood coming out off.

She sat there, waiting for Caden. When he came out of the bathroom, she looked him in the eyes. "Come sit, handsome." She said, trying to stay calm, but her mind was screaming in fear.
