"Hm. Where?" She asked, curious about him. She honestly couldn't keep her eyes off him and she really didn't know how he felt. Everytime he looked at her, she had flutters in her stomach |

"Oh. Nice." She said, taking another drink. She looked down to keep from blushing. She glanced at the time. "About time for your event." She said, looking up at him. "Good luck." She murmured, walking to go lean on the cattle panel arena that hosted the rodeo |

Nate checked the time and nodded. "Yep, I guess it is time," he said, setting his beer down and going over to bridle Jackie. He mounted his mare and walked her over, jogging a little to get her warmed up again before waiting his turn. |

The announcer called over the loudspeaker, announcing Nate's entry into the ring |

Nate walked Jackie into the pen, beside the steer in the chute. He positioned himself and nodded. The steer was released from the chute and ran off, but Nate kicked Jackie forward and they took off quickly after the steer. In a matter of seconds, Nate had the steer roped and on the ground. ( Sry, I don't rope so idk wht the times are and such ) |

Nate exited the arena with Jackie. He hadn't beat his best time, but it wasn't a bad run either, and they placed in Second. Nate dismounted and swapped Jackies bridle for a halter, smiling over at Dakota. |
