Elowyn was too preoccupied to worry about the bait he had attempted to get her to rise to, brushing at Jane quietly. She looked at him in surprise at the simple praise; unsure of how to react and instead pretending he said nothing at all. She glanced at him for the suggestion, looked to the shelf. She replaced her brush quietly and grabbed another, softer one, lifting it to show it to him. "Like this?" She asked tentatively. She seemed more docile now that he had calmed down, but she liked him far less than she did when she walked into the hollow tree to begin with. Which was saying something.

Elowyn nodded quietly, running the brush lightly down the crest of Jane's neck and repeating the action in horizontal stripes moving down her neck. She watched him quietly as she continued her process, unsure of what he was doing as she moved.

Dante brushed off the brush on his pants and then started down her back, quick motions that flicked outward, he kept his eyes on his hand. His other one was gently on the furry black shoulder to keep him balanced as he shifted back and forth.

Elowyn watched him quietly, observing his posture and then subtly shifting so she could mimic him. She kept her eyes locked onto her hand rather than look up at him, attempting to copy his movements as best She could. She barely looked up at him, and when she did, it was to note his technique or position and make adjustments to her own.

Dante made quick work of where he was aiming, steady handed. He glanced over at her, she was doing exactly what he was hoping she would. Figuring she wasn't going to ride today, reasonably.
