"Good. I want you to know that there is no use trying to escape. All locks are fingerprint activated and there are no windows." Azai smiled his cunning smile
"Maybe I'll just cut off your finger, then." Quinn muttered under her breath, almost too low for Azai to hear. She took in a slow, shuddering breath. Her body ached, and she knew she had a bruise on her cheek. "Oh, yay. I'm glad you are reassuring me I'll be stuck here until you decide to let me out." She snorted cheefully, but her voice was fake.

Azai shook his head "you are a cocky one you know that right" He looked Quinn over. he couldn't help but think she was a lot like him. She had her secrets and he had his.
"Eh, I guess that just makes me more like you. No wonder I've caught so many criminals... I can think like them." She growled, tipping her head down to brush a hair off her face with her still-tied hands.
| |
"No it just makes it easier for me to not hate you like I should" Azai said his cold blue eyes getting colder with every word.
Quinn's emerald eyes snapped with anger, and she looked at the locked door and the bar covered windows that cast a cold light in strips over the cement floor. Could this get worse? Yes. Was it bad? Yes. Quinn was rather unhappy with the situation, but depending on what she said it could get a lot worse... like, Azai could kill her.

Azai smirked "This is actually kind of fun. I think I'll let you stay awake next time i leave." He then walked away into his room.
Quinn clenched her jaw but said nothing. She wasn't chained to anything... her feet were tied and her hands were tied, but that was all. So when Azai was out of sight she pressed her back against the wall and stood with a sharp intake of pain. Her hands and feet were numb, and the rest of her body ached... but she was standing. Quinn rolled her shoulders and leaned against the wall, refusing to let the prod of creeping hopelesness find its way into her heart.

Azai came back out of his room. He had his hair down. His eyes flashed when he saw quinn. "Don't know how to saty put do you?" His eyes locked with her's. He smirked.

Quinn's emerald eyes snapped as she snorted. "No, I don't. I would have hoped you figured that out by now. Can you at least untie my legs so I can walk around? Sitting still so long is painful." Quinn questioned with a poison-dripping tone that sounded like razors slicing through the air.
