She took a sip and shook her body. She peered into the water and watched a fish lazily swim by. She wondered briefly what it would be like to solely live underwater.

Lion glanced at Saint. "Am I allowed to 'exercise' now?" He rolled his eyes briefly. He knew he was ready, he just didn't want to make Saint mad again. He had been healing for a whole DAY now and he wanted to run around and stretch his stiff joints.

"Give it one more day. The shallower wounds are okay, but it's the deeper ones you need to be careful about" Saint said. "You can walk around to help loosen your joints, just no cantering".

Lion heaved a breath, walking away from her. He was annoyed, but he knew she was just trying to MAKE VERY SURE that his wounds healed correctly. He tried to walk as fast as he could, doing a little Trot to. It hurt worse to Trot because he was stiff than it did to Trot because his wounds hurt. Lion shook his head, snorting

Saint shook herself and walked over to the shade of a tree, laying down. She folded her forelegs under herself and laid her head on the ground.

Lion breathed heavily. He was slightly out of shape, not having actually run for at least two days. He sighed, walking over to a tree and laying down. His eyes showed sadness, which wasn't normal.. he was usually very good at hiding his emotions
