As Quinn Got off, Sahara ran to play with Chaos, splashing around and bickering happily. Quinn chuckled at the sight of them, then looked at Sage.

Sage watched the horses play for a while before sitting down with his back against a tree with a grunt. It was nice to sit down for a bit. He leaned his head back against the trunk and closed his eyes. "It's so much nicer out here," he hummed. "I hate it in the castle. Especially when my dad's around."

"I hate the castle, too. Mine and yours. Being out here with the nature and the horses..." Quinn trailed off, staring up at the sky and smiling. "And you." She added quietly, gazing at the water as she curled her knees against her chest. She looked so vulnerable and sad... but maybe that life would change now...

Quinn stared out at the horses playing in the water, her dark green eyes speckled with sadness. She rested her chin on her knees, wrinkling her nose as She got splashed by Sahara. She sighed quietly.

Sage hummed with a nod and then sighed. "I guess it could be worse. You could be another old bat crazy lady I might have to marry," he chuckled. "That almost happened ...though she died before papers were finalized, thank goodness." He couldn't help but snicker when the girl got splashed, though it quickly turned into a yelp when Chaos completely doused him in a big wave of water. "Chaos," he complained, though he was laughing. "You prick!"

Quinn nodded, happy he wasn't another stuck up prince. "Hey!" She glared at him when he snickered but it turned into a laugh as he got a tidal wave of water all over him. "Good job Chaos. Hey Sahara, do that again?" She teasingly said, and Sahara splashed him. "Tada!" Quinn snorted, gliggling. "I have tidal wave horses, at my command. You might want to move farther away from the water."

Sage let out another yelp when the second horse splashed him and he gave the girl a rather playful glare as best he could through his hair, which was now all plastered over his forehead in a thick curtain. Then he marched down to the water and sent a splash back at the horses. He may as well get them back....he was already soaked anyway. Then he turned and sent another wave towards the girl with a giggle. "I can splash you back though," he chirped.

The girl jumped back when she got splashed. "Don't anger me, I could literally call every animal in the forest to splash you." She said half ominously half jokingly. Then she went over, leaned on Sahara and crossed her arms. "And I don't believe you could splash me again if you tried." She looked at him daringly, her emerald green eyes sparkling

Sage snorted and shrugged. "I'd be worth it," he hummed. In response to her dare, he sort of just grinned and sent another wide wave at the girl. She could do what she wanted ...he knew she would like ...hurt him or anything. And, well, he was stubborn, so if she dated him to do something, he was most definitely going to do it. She snickered as the water washed over Saraha. Quinn was already out of the way. Sahara looked offended at Sage, then kicked a whole wave of water that washed over him and soaked him. Quinn whistled and some pigeons came. She gave them water holding pouches and they flew up in the air, diving back down and gathering up water then flying back up and dumping it on Sage with a couple fancy flips before flying away. Quinn laughed. "I've been with the animals so long, they all know me and love to help me. That was Barney and Bear, my favorite two pigeons. Maybe I could teach you to listen and talk to animals... I mean you wouldn't be able to actually read their minds but anyone can talk to animals and listen to what they say if you try. Then again, I don't want Chaos dumping buckets of water on me." Quinn's as twinkled as Sage stood there, dripping wet
