Celeste Harlow -
Celeste fell silent and found a spot downwind from the deer and to watch so she didn't interfere with his game. She watched and grinned at him as he came back dragging the deer behind him. "Nice catch" she complimented him with a smile, just as a grizzly bear came lumbering along. By the smell of it, Celeste could tell it was a male. "My turn" she grinned. Celeste climbed up into the tree and watched the bear from above. When the bear was in the perfect spot, Celeste silently jumped from the branches and landed on the bears back. The bear snarled and roared, swiping his paws at her, but Celeste was too quick. She easily moved up to his neck and slit the bears throat with her nail. After a matter of a minute or two, the bear limply fell to the floor, dead. Celeste climbed off the bear and smiled at Sage. |

Sage grinned at Celeste and then crouched in the bushes quietly, so as not to scare the bear away. Which he doubted would happen but still. When Celeste dropped back down to the ground, he gave her a wide grin. "That pelt will be a cozy comforter," he noted lightly, eyeing the bear before moving sniff the dead deer and then sink his teeth into its abdomen. He was hungry, and the wolf in him allowed him to just dig in like any animal...he was getting blood with it too, so he figured the new vampire-ness would be happy too. |

Celeste Harlow -
Celeste grinned and pulled the large dead bear corpse over to where Sage and the deer were. "Oh yes." she agreed enthusiastically. Celeste crouched down next to Sage. "May I?" she asked. They could eat the deer right now, and she could cook the bear meat and keep that. |

Sage was glad for the bear...that amount of meat would last them for a while. It tasted good too. When she crouched down next to him, he scooted over a bit, giving her room to take what she wanted. He'd already devoured the hind leg, and was working down the rib cage, bones snapping in his jaws easily as he went and claws slicing through the flesh like a knife through butter. He was enjoying himself...warm, fresh meat was the best. That hadn't changed. |

Celeste grinned and sliced off the deers head with her nails, half way down its neck. She took the head in her hands and ate the little bit of meat that was there on the neck before sucking all the blood out of the head. When she was done with it, the deers head was shriveled and dried. "Do you want the antlers to chew on?" Celeste asked when she was done with the head of the deer. |

Sage had gone at the hear, almost going through the rest of the corpse by the time Celeste had used up all the blood in the head. He pulled his own head out of the abdomen, sucking the intestines into his mouth like a sort of meat noodle when she spoke up. "Sure," he noted lightly with a nod. It would be a good idea. "Or I can fashion them into teething toys for the kids," he added. "They'll have sharp teeth," he added with a slight wince, eyeing her chest. "Maybe bottle feeding after a few months would be best," he added. (Edit: bro i really just said meat noodle LOL...I need to go to bed xDD) |

Celeste nodded and ripped the antlers out of the dried-up deer head. "I like the teething toy idea. Antlers are softer than bone, so that'd probably be better for their baby teeth." she said thoughtfully. Celeste giggled. "Yeah, probably. But I do want to feed my babies naturally until I can't." |

Sage nodded lightly in response to her comment and grinned in agreement. "I'll make some up later," he chirped lightly before going back to finish the deer carcass. It was done soon enough, and he helped celeste pull the bear carcass back to the house, where they worked at cutting it up, putting the pelt out to dry, and then storing the meat. After that was done, he moved to go shower, since he was covered in things that neither of them really wanted all over the house. |

Celeste was planning on letting Sage shower alone and in peace, but she found herself rather bored just sitting and waiting for her turn in the shower, unable to touch anything as she had blood all over her from their afternoon hunt. So she undressed, throwing her dirty clothes straight into the laundry machine and starting it before slipping into the shower with him. |

Sage had heard her wander into the bathroom, so when she slid into the tub with him, he greeted her happily, finishing rinsing himself off and then letting her slide under the water while he scrubbed the dried blood the water didn't get off of him. |

Morning Drizzle, but Clearing later
