If everything is checked to make it the desktop view, it may just be your tablet. I think you can post in the bugs forum and Eve may be able to fix it. Just include the exact type of tablet you have and the browser you use

I have a ‘menu’ that I have to press to get all the options instead of them all being at the top of my screen I don’t know why the toogle desktop isn’t working on the tablet

You can set the desktop view on the tablet to, just go to the settings on the browser, normally it is three dots in the top corner

On my phone it’s normal but on my tablet it’s all… different? I don’t have the season, forecast etc and the refresh button for the chat is all out of place. Is there a way to change it to desktop version via the site itself? I thought I saw somewhere a while ago you could switch between phone & desktop
