"There are literally millions of ways." She stated, looking at him

Sage hummed softly with a shrug. "Well, he'd have to get in the house to get to us even if he did somehow find us," he pointed out. "We'd have a good warning and be able to call the police and such before he got inside, if he managed to," he added

"Getting into houses isn't hard for him and what warning?" She interogated

Sage groaned and then grinned sheepishly. "I set cameras up," he admitted. "If he starts coming down the street we'll know before he even gets to us."

"Thanks." She said, sighing and starting to slip into sleep. She was dropped immedietly into a dream about her brother killing Sage. She woke up after enduring the nightmare for hours, heart pounding and her breaths short with fear

Sage nodded and offered her a small smile. "If we have to we can skip out the back door quick and call the cops from a distance. I doubt we'd need to though," he noted softly. Once she fell asleep, he drifted off after a bit, though when she jerked awake he blinked up at her, squeezing her gently. "You alright,, he asked softly.

"yeah." She said, head in her hands. No, i'm not. I'm terrified and angry at the same time! She thought, laying back down and snuggling into Sage's side. She hoped his scent would chase the dream away, but it didn't and she endured the mental pain until the next morning

Sage sort of frowned but nodded, not wanting to press her. He really was terrified she'd decide to leave after all this. He fell back asleep eventually, stirring as the sun came in the next morning

Amira woke the next morning, alert and ready to go. She got dressed before grabbing her keys but no food. "Love you!" She called, walking out and driving to work

Sage woke with her, but was just then dragging himself out of bed by the time she ran out the door. He called and 'i love you too' out to her as he moved to get ready, loving how she could get up and immediately be ready to go.
