Sophia curled up against the arm of the couch. "Ok so which one then? My personal favorite is Aladdin. " she grinned. "It's so good. Especially the live action!"

Zephyr shrugged. "I don't care. Aladdin is a good one. Funny that every single Disney movie seems to be about romance. Or at least have it in it. Except for Frozen and Moana." He joked with a small chuckle. "I have sisters. Believe me, I've seen everything."

Sophia laughed, the soft and vulnerable side of her emerging. "I know a movie that isn't romance. It's about a dog. It's on Netflix" she picked up the remote and scrolled through. "Where is it... ah. Here!" She clicked the movie. "Rescued by Ruby. Ever heard of it or watched it?" - (I spelled the name of it wrong. Its fixed now lol) Edited at April 27, 2024 10:29 PM by Dandelion Farms

Zephyr perked up when he heard the word *dog*. "Nope, never heard of it. Which means I've never watched it." He answered, quickly reading the small introduction part. "Looks interesting."

"Ok so then do we want to watch this or Aladdin or some other movie? Or do some stupid overrated thing called sleeping?" She tilted her head toward Zephyr. Occasionally, she could hear a whinny from one of the horses down the hill. Sophia smiled and shifted, her eyes glancing around.

"For one, I don't care, for two, you pick, and for three, are you going to be able to sleep? I will warn you I fall asleep quickly when given the opportunity, so if you don't think you'll also fall asleep quickly then you're going to have a boring night." Zeph chuckled slightly, looking at her.

"I can fall asleep quickly if I want to. I just have to want to" she turned on Aladdin on the TV and settled against the arm of the couch, watching about five minutes of the movie before shifting. She switched sides, turning toward Zephyr and away from the arm of the couch. It was ten minutes down the line that her eyelids started drooping. Right before she passed out, her head landed on his shoulder. He was surprisingly comfortable and she was out like a lightbulb.

Zephyr prepared to stay awake, but after only around 20 minutes he glanced over at Sophia as her head lolled against his shoulder. He smiled slightly and clicked off the TV, not wanting it to buzz on all night. He himself closed his eyes, drifting off slowly.

Here comes the drama!) - Sophia jerked awake at a knock on the door. She stood and sped down the stairs before pulling open the door. "Blake? What are you doing? Go away" she tried to close the door but Blake blocked it. "I need to talk to you." His face, although it was dark, looked like he had seen death. His eyes were dim and all of the life had disappeared. "No Blake. Leave. " Sophia shot. "Are your parents him? Ryan? Pyper?" Sophia shook her head. "Blake. Leave. Please. " Blake started to reach out but stopped himself "you don't understand. Please just listen-" Sophia shoved him backwards and out of the doorway. "NO Blake! NO! " she shut the door then turned around and stepped away from it. Blake was beating against the door. "Sophia please!" Sophia walked right into Zephyr and cried.

Zephyr didn't awake until voices grew louder at the door. He was drowsy at first but as soon as he recognized one of the voices he jerked awake, standing quickly. He wasn't going to go over there, because adding him to the situation would make it worse, but if Sophia needed him he'd be there in a heartbeat. Instead, she closed the door and walked over. "I'm sorry he's here but he's your neighbor... you can't block him out forever. See what he wants to say and if you don't like it I'll stop him." He murmured quietly, putting an arm around her for a second in a tight hug.
