He pried himself from her arms, walking to the bathroom and shutting the door behind him. Caden splashed icy cold water on his face, his chest heaving with increasing panic. |

Emily got up a bit later, noticing the bathroom door shut. She sighed and changed into skinny jeans and a tank top before going downstairs and working on restoring the car again |

Caden sank to the floor, panic overcoming every other sense. |

When she didn't see Caden for a few minutes, Emily walked upstairs and walked into the bathroom. She sat beside him silently, cupping his face and kissing his cheek before holding him close. "Breathe, love. In...and out....in...and out" |
