"Im sure Sage and Lyssa have gotten into trouble,what about Hugh?What about the meadow?What if their dead?Their probably dead.My fault,if their dead." He rambled,rubbing his face with his hand. |

Kayla listened to him and debated going over to him. She didn't want him to be angry with her, she really didn't. |

"I didn’t just watch them die... I let them." He finally muttered,looking up and staring out. |

"Don't Gale me," He says,standing and looking at her. "I have watched,no,let people die and suffer all while I did nothing.Iekburgg,for example,entire family lived there.Went hunting one day,was being loud and got caught,was whipped,went to the castle,yada yada,they died.I could've prevented it from happening so long ago if i'd just done what i'd been doing." He says,turning towards the cliffs. "I didn't save them... and now I can't take it back." |
