| @Issy Not yet for this week but im chalking it up to a combination of the extreme drops in temps (fixed with new heating setup), it being breeding season and theres a male across from her and a new snake in the room. She'll probably eat in 3 or so days |

| She’s 3, so she’s not an old pig but she’s not a young pig either. She needs to surgery bc it’s a massive open wound on her side. But she’s loosing weight which is not good for Guinea pigs. She’s breaking my heart 😩 Yeah I have 5 of them, they’re my whole world so it’s gonna really upset me if I have to make a tough decision on Monday |

| awe no red, hopefully they can do something for her, I was seriously debating a guinea pig the other day when I was picking up feeders for my reptiles lol |

| @Red Is she a senior? Sometimes all you can do is give them your best in love and care. Your a good owner by at least making the attempt to get her better by the vet. Some people don't care enough to do that |

| Luckily the vets accept after pay bc surgery is gonna cost $1000 but she seems to be going downhill and I don’t know what to do |

| @Red Sorry to hear that about your fur baby :( I hope everything goes well for you both. Often a job is understanding when it comes to vet visits, I'd call and see if you can work anything out? |

| Yeah, my Guinea pig is booked in for surgery on Monday. I’m already down $400 on her. Just got home after a big day and her eye is completely clouded over, she’s lost like 100g in the last week and her sore is profusely leaking pus :/ I called the vets and they’re making me up antibiotics. I can’t drive though so I have to uber and I need to leave for work soon |
