Sage practically jumped out of his skin when Quinn shot up behind him and whirled around to face her, having to remind himself not to open his eyes. Once he'd calmed down a bit he sat down again and gave her a sheepish grin. "Nightmares," he admitted. "Normally I'd just try to go back to sleep but I wanted to get this off my face as early as possible," he chuckled, pointing to the goop on his face.

Quinn flinched as he jumped. "Sorry-" she said quietly. He smiled just slightly at his last comment. "Well you are free to wash it off." Quinn yawned, walking outside and looking up. It would be another very hot, sunny day. She stretched her arms above her head, rolling her shoulders before glancing around. Sahara was grazing in the lush green grass beside the stream.. good.

Sage hummed lightly and nodded. "You'll have to help me down there so I don't trip and fall on my face," he pointed out with a rather amused manner. He followed her out, making sure he wouldn't fall, and then sniffed the air happily.

Quinn held back a little, taking Sage's hand and guiding him to the river. "See? Right here." Quinn teased, splashing him with the cold water. Sahara came over and nickered. Quinn made a face. "Back to your old self, I see." She grumbled, rolling her eyes. Her horse was too obsessive... "Go spend more time with Chaos. Do you even know his favorite color?" Quinn looked at Sahara, easing her eyebrow. Sahara nodded her head up and down, almost looking like she was smirking. "Well fine then just leave us along for now." Quinn snorted. That wasn't fair... how come her horse always thought of everything.

Sage followed the girl, though he still went a bit slow, so he didn't fall over and die because he rolled down a hill or something. He chuckled lightly when she splashed him....he'd heard the river, so he knew it was there. But it was still funny. He smiled to himself when he heard Quinn and Sahara talking. He was growing to like the mare, even if she did make some crude comments here and there. Then again, he did the same thing, so it wasn't so bad. Once he'd washed the goop off he shook his head to dry it and opened his eyes cautiously. He grinned triumphantly when he was able to see everything around him clearly. The sun hurt his eyes a bit, but it was worth it.

Quinn glanced at Sage. "Can you see?" She as,ed, her green eyes twinkling. "Ahh.. Sahara hath said something else. She said now you will at least be able to see me blush when you kiss me.." Quinn teased, looking at him. "But really, is everything clear now?" She asked, already making a mental list of herbs that would help blurriness

Sage started to nod and then when Quinn told him what the mare had said he snorted out a laugh, finding it rather amusing. Though, Quinn didn't seem to find it that funny....in fact, she looked scared to death about him kissing her. Which did make him wonder if she really wanted it all. He nodded and gave her a thumbs up in response to her question. "Yep! Back to normal," he chirped.

"That's great! My secret potion worked!" Quinn joked, laughing. She sat down near the river and looked into the water, getting preoccupied with counting fish species for a second. She looked back at Sage with a smile on her face. "Now it win the Be as easy to win the competitions.." Quinn fake sighed, chuckling

Sage laughed and shook his head in response to the girls comments, then gave her a crooked grin. "Yeah, well, you lost when I was blind anyway," he teased lightly, nudging her gently with his elbow as he sat down next to her.

Quinn rolled her eyes. "That.. was totally me letting you win." She said sarcastically, glancing at him with a smile. "And unless it's a wrestling match... I would win. Sorry." She smiled, teasing him
