Elijah nods. The next day he gets up early, kisses Dakota's head and gets up and dressed. He then gets into the truck to go see the gelding

Dakota slept for a while until she got up after Elijah left, grabbing a bag of chips and sitting on the bed and waiting for Elijah's call

Elijah arrived and was led over to the gelding. He facetime's Dakota. "His name is Toby" he tells her turning the camera so the gelding was seen through the phone.

Dakota quickly picked up the phone and looked at the gelding. "He's so cute!" She said

Elijah smiles, "Say hi buddy" he says and Toby sniffs the phone. Elijah scratches him between the ears. "Let me show you how calm he is real quick" he says. He asks one of the helpers to throw a bag of grain on the ground. Toby looks over curiously before turning his attention back to Elijah and nudging him with his nose for more scratches.

"He looks great." She said, watching. "Do you like him?" She asked, already okay with the gelding

Elijah nods, "He's so goofy"

"Then we're getting him." She stated

Elijah nods. He talks with the owner. He shakes his hand and thanks him. "I'll be bringing him home now" he tells her. "I'm excited for him to see Secret and Whisper"

"Secret should be a mare, and whisper will hopefully accept him." She said, laughing. "Do you want me to go get a stall ready?" She offers, getting up
