Sage obviously wasn't aware of what had all taken place, but when he was nestled back into the nice warm covers, he relaxed into Adrien's body happily. It was certainly nice to have him, he could admit that.

Adrien curled up with Sage in his arms, closing his eyes and quickly drifting to sleep. The next morning, Adrien woke up to the cries of a child, he yawned tiredly and looked down. Sage was still here. He sighed and got up, walking down the hall and going to wherever the crying was. When he found it, he was quite horrified to see Alexander standing there with a crying Aziel in his arms. Now that wouldn't fly. He teleported behind his stupid half-brother and jabbed his tail through his neck. He was hoping it was fast enough- shit. Adrien's wing stretched out, catching the falling and crying Aziel and pulling him back to Adrien. Adrien sighed in relief as he was holding Aziel again. But then sadly, remembered his brother. He looked over, and Alexander was on the ground, blood splurting from his neck. Yuck, now Adrien has to clean disgusting blood. "You can't keep him from the throne for long Adri-" Alexander said before Adrien kicked him in the head. Effectively shutting him up as he disappeared in a puff of white light. Adrien sat down on the couch with a sigh, Aziel had seemed to calm down a bit now, being wrapped in Adrien's wings helped he supposed. But his mind couldn't stop thinking about Alexander's words. "You can't keep him from the throne." What the Hell did he mean? Adrien closed his eyes, trying to think of just what he meant by that. Then it hit him when Alexander's daughter retires. If she has no children, the throne would... be passed onto Aziel. It would have to be the generation after. He sighed, stupid Angel politics. Make no fucking sense. Yay, another thing to let Sage know. "Oh yeah, love, did I tell you I had to kill my brother and Aziel's second in line for the Angel throne? No? OOPS!" He sighed and shook his head, he was being an idiot. They could discuss when Sage woke up.

Sage had passed out quickly, and as such stayed dead asleep for quite some time. He must have been extremely exhausted, more than he even knew, since he didn't wake up when Az started crying again. He didn't move when Adrien got out of bed, either. Though, the this in the hallway stirred him. Of course when Adrien came back to bed he figured everything was alright. So he didn't bother to wake himself up any more and slid back into a deep sleep. He stirred later, opening his eyes and turning to curl into Adrien's chest, as the other boy was sitting there still. He looked worried though, so Sage sighed and pecked his chest before mumbling "what's wrong, babe," to him tiredly. He was waking up though.

Adrien sighed quietly and shrugged weakly. He had gone back to bed, but was not about to leave Aziel alone, so Aziel was lying in between Sage and Adrien's bodies, asleep. "I'll tell you when your more awake." He said softly, trying to keep the worry from his voice.

Sage had frowned slightly when Adrien said he'd wait until he was more awake, nodding before moving to sit up. "I'll get coffee and be right back," he hummed, pecking him on the lips and crawling out of bed. He made some coffee, and sipped at it on the way back to the bedroom, sitting down next to Adrien again with a soft sigh. "So what's up," he asked gently.

Adrien nodded when Sage left and picked Aziel up, wrapping his wings around them both tiredly. When sage came back he looked over and sighed. "Alexander tried to take Aziel." He notified him first of all, closing his eyes.

Sage felt his jaw drop when Adrien mentioned his brother. "What," he finally managed to say. "And I slept through it," he added after aoment, shocked that it had all happened while he was asleep. He should have woken up. "What happened," he gasped out by then, probably having gone pale by then.

Adrien took another light breath and gulped. "I killed him again." He said with a shrug. He opened his mouth to tell Sage about.. the other part. But he closed it again, sighing as he set his head back against the headboard, trying to think of how to say this.

Sage felt his shoulders relax when Adrien mentioned he'd killed him. "At least there's that," he murmured. "How did I sleep through it," he murmured, shaking his head slowly, rather guilty about that.

Adrien laughed dryly. "You were tired love. Don't beat yourself up for it." He muttered, taking another deep breath. "Uhm... there is another thing." Adrien murmured, keeping his eyes closed and his wing wrapped around Az.
