"I'm sorry...it was an accident.." He muttered beneath his breath, sitting on the edge of the bed and running a hand over his face.

"I know" She sighed, feeling alone even with him there with her. The images played too easily and traumatically in her mind
| |

Caden had been drunk at a party when she approached, brushing up against his arm and dragging him off. She'd come up so quickly and it all happened so fast, half the details not etched in his mind. Next thing he knew he woke up the next morning to an empty bed, all evidence of her gone.

"Caden. Have you even thought of her--or any of the other women since getting me back?" She asked, pinching the bridge of her nose
| |

Caden was quiet for a second, lying through his teeth. "No, I haven't since those nights." He explained, running another hand through his hair.

"Caden" She snapped, demanding truth
| |

"Kinda," He admitted without thinking, eyes going wide after he said it.

"Is it because you want her? I'm not enough? I don't give you what you want? You need other girls to compensate what I lack?" She punctuated every acusation with a step toward him. "I'm not pretty enough? Not thin enough? Not athletic enough? Need to go to the gym again? What is it, Caden, because I thought you fucking loved me!" She exclaimed, voice cracking in pain as tear began rolling down her face
| |

"I do love you," He snapped, barely looking at her. "It's just--Gah, I was at such a bad time because I didn't have you and she came along and...and just made me feel at ease for a minute." Caden said quietly, tone calm though he felt like he was about to explode.

"I hate this feeling and I don't know what to fucking do with it! I've felt broken long enough and then I come to find that you fucking slept with someone who I used to consider a sister!" She said shaking and dropping to her knees as he face fell into her hands while she cried
