Sage got more and more worried, since he wasn't even sure how to help him. He gave him some meds for the headache and kept him hydrated and comfortable but....he was rather clueless about it all.

By the end of the day, Remy had a blinding headache and an awful cough.

Sage was worried, and pretty clueless as to why Remy was suddenly so sick. He was pacing their bedroom, wincing each time the other boy coughed. He couldn't help him....no medicine was helping. Then he had a thought. Human medicine didn't help ....but he wasn't human.

Remy groaned and coughed again.

Sage went over to Remy and crouched down next to the bed. "Would the ocean help, do you think? Or merperson medicine?" He kept his voice quiet so as not to hurt remys head
| |

Remy shrugged. "Maybe," he coughed. There was no merpeople medicine, it just didn't exist, but maybe the ocean would help.

Sage bit his lip but nodded, moving to scoop Remy up and move outside, helping him undress and then carrying him into the waves, holding him but keeping him under the water.

Remys tail appeared as soon as he hit the water, but what was even better, is that he started to feel better, almost instantly.

Sage let out a breath of relief when remys face started to take in some color again. "Better," he asked anxiously
| |

Remy nodded, his body relaxing into the water.
