"Alright. So, then what? Can we work past this, or are we... not together anymore?" She asked. "I'll go with whatever you want, Dylan."

Dylan Montgomery - "Well, considering you don't even sound upset by this, then yeah, maybe we should break up," he grumbled.

"Okay... if that's what you want, I'll respect that." She murmured. "I'll uh... be out soon."

Dylan Montgomery - "Fine," Dylan snapped. Once she was gone he started to cry. He loved her, but he also didn't want to feel bad about normal things. Dylan cried and cried. Happy birthday. He was still crying when his mom came home from work. Alarmed by the sound of his sobs, she went to Lilith. "Is Dylan okay?" she asked.

Lilith glanced up, and wiped her own eyes, trying to hide her tears. "I took your advice, and tried to talk to him. I gave him my phone, so he could look through it, to see if it would help. He said he wasn't comfortable in our relationship, and said we should break up." She explained. "And it's all on me. I'm just packing, so he doesn't have to deal with me anymore. I doubt he's okay, but I can't speak for him." (I love this angst, but hate it at the same time--- lol) Edited at January 20, 2025 10:49 PM by Transformers Acres

Dylans Mom - Dylans mom gasped, covering her mouth. "Oh my gosh..." she muttered. "Lilith, please go talk to him again, I promise you he doesn't want you to go. He's not thinking straight, its his birthday..." she practically begged her.

After some hesitance, she nodded, and knocked on Dylan's door. "Dylan, I, uh... really need to talk to you." She stated.

Dylan Montgomery - Dylan silently got up and opened the door, letting her in. He turned, eyes red and puffy from crying, and sat back down on his bed, waiting for her to talk.

"Look, I know I messed up, okay? I know. I was just agitated, and I took it out on you. You didn't deserve that. I do love you, Dylan, I do. I want you to feel comfortable with me, with... with us. But ultimately, it's also your choice on where we go." She stated.

Dylan Montgomery - "I don't want to lose you... I love you, more than you'll ever know, but I don't want to be yelled at or feel guilty for doing little affectionate things like holding your hand," he said looking up at her.
