"Mmm, sounds fun." Trixie said sarcastically, giving him a little smile. "Hey, don't discredit the whole bush idea. Bushes can be very fun." She said teasingly, following him lightly and glancing around as she did so. She looked down the street of 'houses' with raised eyebrows, then at him. "Well, beggars can't be choosers. That being said, which of these fine pieces of real estate are we going to call ours?" She asked playfully, surveying the shelters somewhat warily.

"And you'd know, I suppose?" Matt asked, looking back at Trixie with a smile. He nodded at her second comment, scanning the area slowly. "Any that doesn't have a weird..sign outside of it. That maybe?" He asked, gesturing towards a detached red brick house. It looked slightly nicer than the rest. He rested his hand on her waist as he looked around the area, planting a kiss on her forehead impulsively.

"I would." Trixie nodded, smiling at him and giving his hand a small squeeze. She followed his gaze to the house he gestured to, taking a moment before she nodded. "Yeah, that looks good." She confirmed, moving a little closer into his side when he laid a hand on her waist. She closed her eyes and leaned into him slightly as she got a light kiss on the forehead, opening her eyes to look up at him with a small smile.

Matt nodded and started towards the house, beckoning for Trixie to follow. He let her go in first before following, his eyes scanning the area. It looked..interesting. Not bad, just interesting. He shut the door slowly and turned to her, eyeing the small sofa behind them as he did so. "at least we're not stuck here forever" he said quietly.

Trixie followed him wordlessly, tilting her head as she entered the house and looked around. It was... certainly something. Like a dumbed down version of a classic two story. She turned to him as he spoke, frowning slightly. "Well, that's a positive I guess." She added softly, walking closer to him and lightly draping her arms over his shoulders and laying her forehead against his.

Matt smiled and nodded, sitting himself down slowly on the sofa. Whether it was the world itself or just his slight overthinking he was back to being in a bad, and slightly irritated mood, and he didn't glance at Trixie once as they sat there, keeping himself quiet for a little while.

Trixie retracted as he moved to sit on the sofa, frowning a little and fiddling with her fingers, as he had awkwardly pulled away. She drifted over to sit at his side, glancing at him and then back at her hands in silence.

|
"what do you wanna do?" Matt asked after another couple minutes of silence, looking Trixie in the eye for a split second. He was unsure of whether he was meant to start up a random conversation, sit there in silence or..well, anything. In the end he wrapped his arm round her and planted a gentle kiss on her lips, by means of distracting them both from the silence.

"Anything involving you is great with me." Trixie shrugged, offering him a soft smile. She moved closer into him as he put his arm around her, reciprocating his kiss eagerly. She turned slightly so she could lay her hand on his chest, leaning into him.

"Oh really? I was under the impression you wanted to do something without me" Matt said sarcastically, giving her a small smile. He was slightly surprised by the passion given back to his kiss, though he made no attempt to stop her or move away as she laid her hand on him, and instead rested both his hands on her waist.
