Mari gave a soft whimper of complaint when he spoke, but the soft kisses did seem to wake her up... well, just a teeny, tiny bit. She tried to kiss him back, but it was just kinda sloppy and gross. She rolled onto her back, untwining herself from him before looking over to him, her eyes heavy with sleep but happy to see him all the same. "Hey," she whispered in response to him, her smile more than clear as she peered at him. She was still just so, completely tired... she wasn't even sure why. Perhaps the warm weather had taken it all out the both of them.

Sage chuckled slightly when Mari's kiss pretty much failed and she flopped over. It was rather amusing how tired she was....how tired they both were. They really hadn't been doing much....just going out here and there, and having some fun at night. Maybe their sleep schedule had just been thrown away out of whack ...but she still shouldn't be this tired. He was a little bit concerned, but he'd try to wait until after their honeymoon and after she'd woken up a bit to actually worry more. "Feel better," he whispered, laying down to cuddle up again.

Mari nodded lightly to him before smiling and stretching a little bit. "Mhm," she hummed to him happily before curling up into him. She'd just woken up from their nap, so she supposed she was just a bit slow. She curled into him after a moment or two before smiling happily to the boy. "What's up," she asked quietly. "Why did you wake me up?" She asked with a bit of a chuckle to him boy. She was just a bit sleepy still. The sun was streaming through the windows, which just made for a nic ambiance... a kind of sleepy romantic vibe around them.

He chuckled lightly and pressed another quick kiss to the girl's nose with a hum. "I just said good morning, nothing has to be up," he noted with a twinge of amusement. "I just kissed you when I felt you wake up," he giggled lightly. "Is there something wrong with me loving on my wife when she first wakes up in the morning," he hummed lightly, still really just playing a bit tiredly.

Mari hummed quietly to him before shrugging. She looked over at him when he kissed her nose before shrugging. But something always has to be wrong for you to wake me," she complained to him with a bit of a pout. "Otherwise something not right," she chuckled lightly to him. She couldn't help but be happy about the kiss, though. It was nice. Comforting. Plus, him being all cuddly was wonderful, especially when she'd just woken up. "I suppose not..." she told him quietly before sighing gently to the boy. "Keep on loving on me, then," she told him with a chuckle.

Sage chuckled lightly and shook his head. "Well, everything's alright this time," he promised her with a slight giggle. He laughed quietly when she said to keep loving her, and he sort of just curled in a bit closer and pressed a light kiss to the side of her head happily. "I always love you," he chuckled. "Every second of every day," he chirped happily.

Mari smiled to him when he curled into her even more, a smile crossing her face. When he kissed her again, she chuckled and curled into his side a little bit with a happy smile. "More," she huffed to him. "Or I can't believe nothings wrong," she told him with a bit of a more awake laugh. She slipped her hands around him, a bit of a weary hum escaping her. She was teasing... but kind of she wasn't, too. This was fun all the same, just to laze about, for once in a while. They wouldn't have to do much more than cuddle up.

Sage chuckled lightly when the girl asked for more, shaking his head slightly in amusement. "More? I can't do much more without making you do something," he teased lightly. That sort of intimacy would make her get up and moving....which neither of them really seemed to want to do. He let himself absentmindedly run his fingers through her hair though, steeling his head on hers with his nose near the top of her head, so he could smell her. It was nice, to just cuddle up like this. Have a lazy day.

Mari hummed quietly to him in complaint... she wouldn't get up and moving if you paid her, not right then. She just moved to wrap her arms tighter around him with a bit of a sigh. The small movement of his hands in her hair was wonderful... calm, nice. She loved it. Him. His scent and warmth and touch was all just so amazing. "Figure out a way to do more," she huffed in a childish manner of spoilt being. He'd have to deal with it. She felt loved anyway, with all this so he really didn't need to do anything more at all.

Sage hummed lightly when she curled herself tighter around him and took a deep breath of her scent, pressing a light kiss to the top of her head as he thought. "I could rub your shoulders this time," he decided after a moment, a light chuckle escaping him. A good shoulder rub was always nice...at least he enjoyed it, so why not give the girl one? It was something he could do while cuddling up too. He slid the hand that was in her hair down to the nape of her neck and sort of just went down and around her shoulders, then back up and down, repeating the cycle. It didn't take much energy on his part, and he did like making her feel good.
