The dirt pad isn't part of the deal. Having a local guy my parents have used for years to do it. Guy is good enough that he can eyeball things and that bitch'll be level.

I have an initial quote of 110k for what I'm doing, but that's to make it turnkey. Cement pad on top of the dirt pad, septic tank, water hook up, electric, trailer, getting it out here, etc.

I saw a woman vlogging about demolishing her old home to have a new one built on the land, and she had gotten to around 35k before anyone had even put an ounce of manual labor into any of it. It was all the logistics and planning. 35k.

Tradgedy All horses can be shown to make a profit, in my experience it's definitely worth it, as most of my SDs are mares
Greenheart Stables
I show mares and sometimes they do better then geldings lol
Angels angels
Yes definitely. My mares make more profit than my geldings do
Maelstrom
Is it worth it to show mares? My brain is mush right now and I can't remember. Not breeding mares but if I have PPP+ could I just treat them like a gelding or would it not be worth it?

It's now day 4 of the mobile home pad being built and I'm already looking at about 3k worth of dirt lmfao
The Old Gods
That's what I did. Problem being, when you're showing a couple hundred horses per night lol
Jericho Stables
I always went to the nightly show report and opened up horses that had placed first into a new tab, check to see if they leveled, if they didn't then entered them. It was a fairly quick process after a while
Angels angels
Never tried member shows and I don't have the patience for it lol
