Regan rolled her eyes at him at his comment. "You're not, but your hair is," she chirped. "And you would be if you let me braid your hair!" she told him with an amused giggle. "And please, it wouldn't make anyone poke fun at all," she told him gently. "And they don't tease me much," she joked to the boy. She then looked at him curiously, a laugh escaping her. "I compliment you all the time!"

Tyler held back a snort. "You said 'and' way too many times to start off your sentences." He noted with a grin, chuckling. "You may not braid any of my hair and if you do I might disappear from civilization for the rest of my life." He arched an eyebrow, his eyes twinkling. Tyler was joking... but he would most definitely not let Regan braid his hair. Even just a tiny part of it. That no one would see. Absolutely. Not. He smiled slightly at her last comment, laughing. "Yes, you do. And I don't compliment you nearly enough... but I also don't tease you as much as you tease me."

Regan rolled her eyes and moved to shove him. "I hope that upset you and your love for grammar," she pouted before grinning. "And I'm gonna find a way to have your hair all braided. You'll be more friendly to look at with little braids everywhere," the girl chirped, a smirk crossing her face again. "And I don't particularly care if you disappear from civilisation. Not that there's anything civil about any of this," she teased, really just trying to annoy him now. "I barely tease you! Buuut... no, you don't compliment me nearly enough, like not at all," she pouted in a fake upset look. "Go on, compliment me about anything, do it," she huffed.

"I do not love grammar! I was just pointing that out... because it was amusing..." Tyler trailed off with a frown. He decided to abandon ship on that subject, turning his attention to the next. "You will never find a way... or should I say, 'Over my dead body.'" Tyler rolled his eyes with an amused snort. Yeah... there was no way Regan was getting braids into his hair. No way. "Oh... so you wouldn't care if I just left you all alone here... and you never saw me again... hmm." Tyler answered with a smile, knowing that Regan wouldn't be okay with that for long. "You tease me a LOT... but they are mostly the same tease. 'Monkey man this.' 'Monkey man that.'" Tyler laughed, tipping his head. "Okay then... I like your hair. Tada, I hath complimented you." Tyler smirked

Regan rolled her eyes at him again before giving a small laugh. "Fishes, and," she joked, but saw he was actually getting a little bit upset, so backed off just a bit. "Well then. You're gonna die with braids because it'll be adorable," she then repeated to him. She did think they were sweet. Tyler wasn't exactly a small guy, so it was amusing to see such a large guy with little plaits everywhere.. "I'll just do it while you're asleep... you did say not a lot would wake you up, after all," she joked to him happily. Her eyes widened when he said he'd leave, and furrowed her brows at him. "Oooh, you wouldn't dare," she huffed to him with a pout. "Monkey man... it's your new nickname, I'm gonna use it all the time," she mused again. Her face lit up when he gave her a compliment, even if it was one from right under his nose. "See? That wasn't difficult!"

Tyler looked up at the sky. He knew he wouldn't win the braids fight either... "Wait what? That- if you put braids in my hair while I'm sleeping I mineswell cut all my hair off and go live in a dumpster for the rest of my life." He wrinkled his nose... that probably wasn't the best comeback... but he was prepared to let it go. "I would definitely too dare." He smiled, looking out at the bushes. "Of course it wasn't difficult! You think I don't give you compliments because it is difficult, or because that's not what I think of doing? Do I really look like a guy that doesn't want to give a person that is his friend a compliment?" Tyler laughed.

Regan hummed lightly to him before pouting. "A dumpster?" She chuckled lightly. "And no - please don't shave your head, I'll never be able to look at you again," she complained to him, a bit of a whine in her voice. "Braids aren't that bad," she huffed quietly. She wouldn't win this one... but she could still joke about. She wouldn't actually do his hair while he was asleep... mainly because she couldn't get up in the tree without him, and he'd just leave her on the ground if she upset him that much. "Fine, whatever," she huffed to him. Regan kind of cocked her head in thought before shrugging. "Well, you know, you never do it, so I just assumed you didn't know how," she mused lightly. "Or that you didn't want to."

Tyler grinned. "I'm gladiator convinced you not to braid my hair." He said... he knew he hadn't really, but it was still worth a try. Tyler definitely thought braids were that bad... in his hair. Anywhere else they would be fine, but if they were in his hair... a terrifying thought dawned on him. "And if you did braid my hair... Aaron would laugh until he died. Then he would probably come back alive and laugh some more. Then he would tell everyone he knew about it." Tyler rolled his eyes, looking at the sky. He listened to Regan's last comment And chuckled. "No... I just don't usually think about complimenting people. I will try harder, though, and I do know how." He laughed.

(I'm gladiator 😂) Regan huffed out a bit of a breath. "For now. You'll let me do it, one day," she hummed to the man with a breath of air. "Arron needs to get over himself... he's so horrible," she told the boy with a soft sigh. "I can't believe he treats you the way he does," she told him gently. Regan looked back at him after a few moments before shrugging softly. "No, no, I don't want you to have to TRY to compliment people. It normally comes naturally," she mused lightly.

(Argh bad auto crorrect XD) - Tyler glanced over at Regan with a small smile. "Never. In. My. Lifetime." He repeated. Tyler didn't really believe he actually won the fight... he was sure Regan would have a comeback and he would give up. That still did not mean she could braid his hair. It gave him the shivers just thinking about it! "Oh well now I have to try to compliment you... oh wait. Are you saying I'm not normal? How offensive." Tyler laughed. It was actually about the highest compliment Regan could have given him... he did not want to be normal. Still, a good thing to joke about.
