Mari couldn't help her laugh when he grabbed the sweet from her, her grin only growing as he pecked her lips. She groaned at his comment and smiled happily. "Oh, you know, I can't wait to see little Silas," she told him with a happy smile. She really did love that child... he meant the world to her, as did his father. She was excited to get back to her Mother and siblings, too. And, she did supposed they'd all want to talk about what she'd missed out on while she was away. That was fine. She was excited all the same, about pretty much everything.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded in response to her comment. He knew she loved the little one just as much as he did. But they couldn't stay hidden away forever, even if they brought Silas with them. They still had families.... and those families were probably waiting for them to get back so they could hear about everything that had happened over the course of the honeymoon.

Mari let out a heavy sigh before resting her head back and closing her eyes quietly. She did miss everyone... it was fun. She was excited about going back to tell everyone enough all their adventures. She hummed before deciding that it was warm enough to chill out in the sea. She pecked his cheeks with a bit of a smile before grabbing his hand and trying to pull him up. "Come on," she told him with a bit of a chuckle. "We're gonna go swim," she told him with a bit of an excitable giggle, her eyes bright and happy.

Sage was more than content to just flop back onto the sand while Mari did ....whatever she wanted to do. He grinned up at her when she pecked his cheeks and chuckled when she tried to pull him upwards. "I'm coming, I'm coming," he laughed, shaking his head in an amused manner before standing up. He took his shirt off so it wouldn't get all wet and tossed it over near their basket of food before allowing the girl to lead him down towards the water happily. He did like the waves ...they were cool, and were definitely fun to play in.

Mari smiled happily to him, leaning him out towards the sea. Once their feet had hit the water, all she could do was grin. She kicked a little bit of water up at him, then darted away with a happy chuckle, though landed in the water once she'd tripped over a wave. She just kind of gave up, flopping back in the water with a bit of a laugh. She groaned a little bit before forcing herself to stand up. She still just had his shirt in, so that was soaked now. It just seemed that her little jerk at him had just caused a bit of karma for her.

Sage squeaked when she kicked up a bit of water at him, about to send a splash her way, but she'd gotten herself wet by then so he just chuckled at her. He waded out towards her with a grin, eyes twinkling happily. "Was your plan to get all my shirts wet so I don't have any to wear," he teased her lightly.

Mari just scowled at her husband, though was amused all the same. "You're not wearing one right now," she told him with a bit of a laugh, her complexion bright and continuously more and more sun kissed as the week had gone on. "Plus, you shouldn't be so confident in yourself... you don't know that's what I'm trying to do," she mused lightly to him. She then pouted at him. "Plus... I'm the one wearing a white shirt, am I not?" She mused again with a bit of a laugh.

Sage chuckled lightly and rolled his eyes. "That's because I had the sense to take it off," he snorted in amusement. She couldn't exactly take her shirt off....but he supposed they should have gotten swim wear of some kind or something. He hummed lightly in response to her next comment and gave her a grin. "yeah, but I know you like it well enough," he teased her lightly. Then he wrinkled his nose slightly and shrugged. "Yeah, cus you stole one of mine," he laughed, sending a light splash her way.

Mari raised a brow at him after a moment before chuckling. "So, what you're saying is that I should have taken mine off, hm?" She chuckled to him before rolling her eyes. She was just joking to him, but it was fun to tease all the same. She cocked her head at him before pouting her lips at him. "You don't know if I like it at all," she told him with a small laugh before giving a grin. "My dear Sage, are you just assuming what I like?" She mused. She kicked a bit of water up at him a childish rosiness across her face. "All I'm hearing is that you'd prefer having me walk around in public shirtless, Sage," she hugged with a smile.

Sage rolled his eyes at the girl's comment, though admittedly did chuckled about it all as well. "I think I can guess at to what you like," he mused lightly, though still really just joking around, even if it was a true statement. He giggled lightly when she splashed him, sending a small wave back her way. "Maybe not in public," he chuckled. "though I can't say I wouldn't mind if you did at home," he teased her lightly. He didn't really care one way or the other about any of this....except that maybe he didn't want her walking around shirtless in public....and she knew that, so it was fun to just joke around for a while.
