Sage threw her an amused glance and a nod. "Yeah, but I'll put it up once we get there," he noted. It was still sort of wet, so airdrying with the windows down was probably the best way to go for now.

Celeste Harlow - Celeste grinned "Alright" she giggled.

Sage grinned over at her, pulling into the church and parking, then grabbing his stuff as well as Liz. The moment they stepped into the church, a nanny was taking Liz and cooing at her, and he and Celeste were being ushered off to different rooms.

Celeste Harlow - Celeste hopped out of the car, grabbing her stuff and walking with Sage into the church, grinning. She kissed Sage goodbye on the cheek, and smiled at him before she was ushered off into her separate dressing room.

Sage sort of waved as he was drug off by some priest, who was happily babbling as if he didn't care sage was listening or not. He probably didn't...the old man sounded like he just liked to talk to people. Sage took longer than he'd have expected to take to get ready....though a lot of that was the old priest not picking about things. He had to admit though ..he did look good. Hopefully, Celeste would think the same. He found himself on the little wedding vow thing ..he wasn't sure what to call it....waiting for Celeste to come into the room. He couldn't help but be nervous ...Liz was there, with the younger lady who'd taken her earlier, and Bethany had wandered in, taking her place as well.

Celeste Harlow - The priests who got Celeste ready were all silent, working quickly and not wasting a second. Soon enough, Celeste was all done up, and lastly, she was handed her bouquet. The music started to play and Celeste began to walk down the aisle. She kept her eyes on Sage the entire time, and she couldn't stop smiling. Celeste wore a simple, strapless satin dress, that flowed down to the ground, with a large satin bow resting on her lower back. Her hair was done up into a bun that resembled a rose, with her veil draped down her back.

Sage shifted his weight around nervously as he waited, giving Bethany a sheepish grin when she murmured quiet reassurance. He wasn't one to get nervous....and he wasn't sure it was nervous as much as excited...but either way he found it very hard to sit still. When he saw Celeste though, his jaw dropped, though he quickly snapped it shut when he heard Bethany chuckle to herself. He had a huge grin on his face, just admiring his wife. Well...wife to be, he supposed. But he was jsut insanely excited. Happy for them all to finally officially be a family. Edited at November 17, 2024 11:18 PM by NightClan

Celeste Harlow - Celeste walked down the aisle, grinning, and giggling when he gaped at her. When she made it down to the end, she handed her bouquet off to one of the other priests and turned to face Sage, grinning ear to ear. Bethany started talking, starting the marriage process. Celeste wasn't particularly listening, she was solely focused on Sage, and that was her little world at the moment.

Sage wasn't particularly listening to Bethany either, though he did manage to pay enough attention to her to slip the ring on her finger when she told him too. To say their vows and all that, as well. It wasn't a particularly long wedding, but it was wonderful all the same. And by the time he was told to kiss the bride, he'd practically flung himself at her, though did manage a bit of self restraint. At least, it was enough to make it look natural. The rest of the day was a blur, and soon enough they were home, lizzie sleeping happily in her room, the two of them alone in the living room as he came back to his new wife from putting their daughter in her bed.

Celeste Harlow - Celeste was sitting on the couch, examining her new ring, when Sage came back downstairs. She smiled at him and invited him onto the couch. "Hello, my husband" she mused, grinning and cuddling into him. Celeste hadn't stopped smiling all day.
