Mari huffed out a breath to him. "I was in a bar last night, drinking something pink and cherry," she huffed. "You, however, had a woman sliding into your lap - and as far as I can tell that woman wasn't me," she whined at him before gently poking his sides in a playful manner. "Oh, but Sage, I had to ask for it last night," she complained to him. "That wasn't very assertive of you hunny," she told him gently. The girl then cocked her head at him, her brows furrowed much like a confused dog. "But Sage, I already proved my love! I punched someone for you," she huffed to him before moving to trace her fingers over his neck, where the dark purple marks she'd made on him the day before had started to show up. "Plus, I don't have to prove anything," she chirped lightly.

Sage chuckled lightly and whacked the girls shoulder lightly with a fake offended gasp. "oh please, she was asking for a broken nose and I restrained myself, just for you," he declared. Then he pouted lightly. "You joked around and I took advantage," he whined. "It wasn't the usual thing." Then he chuckled lightly at her other comment and hummed lightly. "I still think it was pretty sexy of you. I think you should punch people more often,' he mused. "Especially the annoying ones," he chuckled. After a moment of silence he giggled. "Maybe you could slap some sense of good cooking into the castles cook," he joked lightly, though punching the grumpy old man would definitely bring him a bit of joy. He half shivered when she ran her hand over the spot she'd marked up, and shrugging in agreement. "Then we've both proven ourselves in the past day," he chirped.

Mari chuckled lightly to him before shaking her head. "Aw, how sweet, you saved the punching for me? What true love," she joked to him lightly. She gasped when he smacked her shoulder... it hadn't hurt, and it was playful, so she could make a joke from it. "My goodness, you just struck me!" She gasped to him, jumping up and grabbing a blanket since the morning warmth was still coming in, and scooted to the other side of the room. "I refuse to punch people because it turns you on," she mused lightly to him before shaking her head with a bit of a laugh. "Why can't you be into something else like... I dunno, something not violent," she chuckled from where she was standing. "Give me an example so that I can make my point," she chuckled lightly.

Sage snorted out a laugh at her first comment, rolling his eyes lightly at her second comment. He half sat up and gave her an amused look as she hopped across the room dramatically. "An example of something not violent," he mused. "Like running away from me when the air is cold," he asked jokingly. "I think you had better run if you don't want me to take that blanket back," he teased her lightly, sliding out of bed to amble after her. He chased her around for a while before deciding he'd just scoop her up and drop her back on the bed....which is exactly what he did, wrapping them both up in the blanket and curling back up against her.

Mari cocked her head at him and his comment, her nose wrinkling at him. "No... that would be a bit of an odd thing to b-" she cut off at the second comment, realising he was talking about her, squeaking and darting away from him when he'd gotten up, scooting away from him whenever he'd gotten close. Though, when he finally grabbed her, she yelped and kicked about a bit, though made sure not to hurt him or strike him in the process. "No, you hit me!" She complained, though her voice was in a bit of a teasing tone. She let out another half-yelp when the boy dropped her, but smiled happily when he came to curl up against her, though was trying to get the blanket off him.

Sage giggled happily as he chased the girl around and then gave her a wide grin when she landed next to him. "Will a good kiss make up for it then," he giggled lightly. He wrestled with her for the blanket happily, really just glad to mess around for a little while. (Bit short lol)

Mari huffed out a breath to him before pulling the blanket from him and wrapping herself up in it. She looked him up and down with a bit of a pout. "I hope your cold," she told him with a soft chuckle. She gave a thoughtful hum to him before looking over her shoulder. "No, nothing with ever make up for the hideous, awful, heinous, crime you committed on me," she told him, her voice very mellow and dramatic as she placed the back of her hand on her forehead in a very dramatic manner, though she looked more amused than anything. Sage pouted right back at the girl and nodded. "I'm going to freeze to death," he huffed dramatically, flopping onto his back. Then he shrugged and hummed lightly in response to the girl's comment. "No kiss for you then," he chirped, eyes glinting slightly. "You poor, poor thing," he mused in a teasing and rather amused manner. It would be a good day...time to just play around. Though, it was a bit chilly without Mari or the blanket.

Mari huffed out a breath to him before falling back to curl up under the blankets. "I'm sure you'll be fine," she told him with a huff. "I'll just hug onto my pillow, since it loves me so very much," she told the boy before curling around a huge pillow... it was a double pillow, so she had to wrap her arms and legs around t to get comfortable. "I'm sure I'll live without your kisses. I'll just find someone who wants to kiss me," she joked lightly to the boy. Of course, she was joking to the boy, so she could mess about a little bit.

Sage huffed out a breath and then gasped dramatically. "It's day three of our honeymoon and youre already wanting a divorce," he asked in a rather dramatic fashion, trying rather hard not to just ....start laughing at the whole situation. Plus...the girl curling around the pillow that was as big as her was rather amusing to begin with. But it was nice to spend a day just joking around a bit rather than going and doing something. Not that going out was bad, but still. This was nice. Even if it was a bit chilly outside of that blanket.
